Dr. Nina was nice and provided great health advice when I visit her but unfortunately it’s almost impossible to recommend coming to her practice. Me and the pharmacy have struggled to get refills for my ongoing medication as the clinic is simply unresponsive. I tried calling the clinic multiple times and the staff have been very nonchalant and unhelpful about it, saying that they will get to it but my prescriptions never get refilled. I had to follow up multiple times for follow up appointments after my initial visit and even flagged to Dr. Nina on the unresponsiveness of her practice but no improvements made. I am left with no choice but to switch primary care providers to Mt Sinai Forest Hills and it’s been nothing but pleasant and efficient. I would urge the clinic to look into their service standards and prioritize efficiency and patient’s needs, because what I experienced was unacceptable (and honestly a bit of a surprise since I switched providers to this clinic previously because of the rave reviews here).

Completely unprofessional! I had an appointment scheduled and confirmed for today. Their Google Maps listing says the office is open, and I even received a text message from their office confirming my appointment. I’ve been calling all morning with NO response or indication that they were closed. When I arrived, the office was locked, and I’ve been ringing the doorbell for 30 minutes—no answer. I took a day off from work specifically for this appointment, and they didn’t even have the decency to notify me. This is a complete waste of my time, and I’m beyond furious at their lack of communication and respect for their patients. Avoid this place unless you want your time wasted!

Referred by family member who LOVE Nina, I immediately came to see why. She is extremely down to earth, listens to all your concerns very professional, gives you medical and health consultation to cater to your health concerns. She made me feel very comfortable and started a health plan and also did an annual physical checkup. The front desk is a sweetheart, very welcoming and informative. Office was beautiful and very clean. If you need a new primary care doctor. NINA is the one. I’ve seen and visited plenty she genuinely cares and makes you smile from the moment you see her till the end. So happy I found her!!! Deserves more than 5 stars.

So I came to this office by accident Just googled closest doctor Needed my prescription for blood pressure meds Got accepted same day by healthwell ❤️ First impression : -office cozy warm clean -sweet attentive receptionist -no waiting time

Meeting with doctor Nina : -professional beyond approach knowledgeable -friendly -in present time

So she checked me and she tells me : I am calling you ambulance 🚑 😳why? I don’t like your hearts test results I need hospitals equipment to make sure things are ok Me 🥺: oh no no I got to go home got things to do just give me my script And I’ll come back for more tests

Yeah doctor Nina didn’t take my answer So I ended up in a hospital And what do you know SHE SAVED MY LIFE Apparently I had a heart attack and needed surgery promptly If not her I would have been dead the next day

And that is not all After surgery I had some complications with my hand So first I call doctor Nina ❤️YES YOU CAN REACH HER PERSONALLY ON PHONE if you have emergency ❤️ Yes she sends me back to emergency And she tells me give them my phone number I will explain your situation to them 😳😍👍 And what do you know During registration in emergency room I do give my doctors phone number After speaking with her they admitted me without waiting 🫣😳 I mean this is unheard of Before meeting her, in all my life I have never met real doctor … That’s my conclusion Doctor Nina surpassed everything and anything I would expect out of a doctor All my family is scrambling to transfer to her care We all very happy to finally have a FAMILY DOCTOR ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ We love you doctor Nina ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ And very thankful for your hard work Friendliness...

Today was my first visited with Nurse Practitioner “Nina Aronov” and I had an emergency booked appointment on Zocdoc, mostly comment office visits are only 30mins. But I was there over an hours + because I do have a lot of medical issues. She took her time, effort, care, and love for me. (I was actually really worried because I was taking so much of her time because I do understand that she does have other patients too and they need care also) but she was keep reminding me not to worry and relax because I am her patient at this moment. (I was like OMG I have never experienced this before especially when I only have straight Medicaid right now because not a lot of doctors accepts this insurance due to the low cost of paid “I have been in healthcare field for 17 years that’s why I am very familiar with insurance payments”) I have never experienced care with a Nurse Practitioner like this before!!! The office environments is very clean, nice, friendly, and relaxing. Front desk was very friendly, caring and nice. She also mentioned to me that they will be doing more testing at this location like: Sonograms and Dexa. They also offer bloodwork there too and I got my bloodwork done at the same time!! I can’t wait to experience their other medical cares since my first visited experiences was like on “above and beyond” I HIGHLY recommend her to everyone, trust me you will be able to feel her love, care and effort throughout the whole...

I’m so grateful to have found Dr. Nina and her team. When you’re caring for your mother, the person who means the most to you, nothing matters more than knowing she’s in the right hands. Dr. Nina is everything you’d want in a doctor: compassionate, attentive, caring and truly proactive. She always keeps me a step ahead, notices details others might miss, and makes sure I feel supported in every part of my mom’s care.

My mom had a stroke in 2022, and getting her health back on track has been a long journey. Dr. Nina has been by our side every step of the way. She never rushes appointments, takes time to really listen, and always creates realistic, thoughtful plans. Whenever I’ve called with concerns, sometimes anxious, she has a way of calming me down and helping me feel grounded.

Her front desk team is just as wonderful. Everyone at the office is kind, helpful, and genuinely warm. That kind of environment makes a huge difference, and I’m beyond thankful to have found it here.
