I visited to return a pair of shoes I had purchased because they were uncomfortable. The manager very rudely told me that no one comes to return shoes because of discomfort. She was bold to even tell me to “go shop at Zara” and “not come back.” When I said I would file a complaint, she responded that any complaint would come back to her anyway since she’s the manager. It made it seem like there's no accountability which makes her comfortable to speak and act this way. Thankfully I was able to find contact details for Rouje’s Paris headquarters online.

Unlike most of the reviews here, I was surprised by how rude the sales staff were during my visit today. They seemed completely uninterested in helping me — whether it was finding the right size or assisting with checkout. Instead, they stood in a corner chatting and appeared visibly annoyed when I asked for assistance. I'm quite petite, yet one of the associates insisted on offering me a size 38, seemingly just to avoid looking for the correct size.

When I finally made a purchase, the cashier didn't even say thank you. I truly love the brand, and the store itself is beautiful, but the customer service at the Soho location needs serious improvement. Please consider training your staff to better reflect the values...

If I would be able to rate as 0 star then definitely they worth such a “high” rating. Me and my friends shopped along the way and stopped by this store, we are the only customers. ( yes, nobody went in and I stopped by because I would like to look for jeans) I tried a couple jeans and my friends are waiting for me but they fell asleep.
