San Antonio's Wood Fired Pizza — Local services in New York

Street side pizza, like food truck street side, not a brick and morter location. Made in a wood fired oven pulled by a trailer and parked on the curb. People line up for this place/location and not for nothing but this pizza tasted great, fresh. Not a new york style type of pizza which is different and you should not expect this either. I ordered the margarita pizza, and all the ingredients were combined to perfection where one ingredient does not overwhelming the other and cooled to a savory satisfaction. We learned about San Antonio Wood Fired Pizza from Google map, I was checking the neighborhood when I visited Radio Bakery. They opened once a week on Friday which made us curious about how good it would be.

We really enjoyed how they made pizza from scratch and the entire process was like a show. They also do catering with a reasonable price : $30 per person with unlimited pizza which we would consider for our next event.

Been meaning to try a pie for a while and finally got around to it. Boy am I glad I did- I got a “three little piggies” and it was delicious! Perfect size for one hungry person. The team there were hustling and you can see the love put into the food. And how cool is it to watch your pizza being baked in a wood fired oven?!
