UPDATESINCE 8 months ago Ok not even a year later from my last reviews of poor results using this washing machine system now we are running into technical issues with the machines and kiosk. Last time I did laundry it took another tenants money but the machine would not start. Now it happen to me and took my money and when I called I was told I didn't pay for a power wash that I need to select a regular was. A power wash is $2.00 and using two machines if the total says $4.00 and I hit finish that means I paid for it. And it reflects in my account balance. Not too mention one machine started the power wash so I had to select regular because the representative told me she couldn't fix it because I didn't pay for the power wash. Then the kiosk told me I had a zero balance so I logged out and back in again before I added more money for the dryers. My mother has also had this same problem so no longer uses the power wash. She would use power wash for the white clothes because the machines will ruin them as stated in my first review. Please if you have a choice do not get these machines for you home. The dryers are good but now having technical issues clearing in the system from in use to available. I will write a review with every new issue that occur to make people aware until they are changed out of here.
The worst laundry equipment i ever used... Every time I wash my clothes are filthy after I use the new machines here at **. We have never had this problem before and after asking around this seems to be the case with everyone who washes using these machines since day one.. The colored clothes don't come out as dirty but I'm starting to think that's because they are not white..    Read moreTerrible customer service. Twice now, they have confirmed a service appointment for a specific day, only for me to call and find out they actually scheduled it for the next day. This is a huge inconvenience because I need to arrange for someone to be home to let them in. They show complete disregard for their customers’ time and schedules, making it impossible to plan accordingly. Worse, when I escalate the issue and ask if someone can come at the originally promised time, they do absolutely nothing to fix it. They lie about appointment dates and take no accountability for the disruption they cause. It will be 5 days without my washer and dryer working. I am a very understanding person so the first time they did it, I was fine and thought things happen. This time, especially after escalating the issue and speaking to someone who still wouldn’t even try to accommodate and send someone out to fix it on the promised day it’s absolutely absurd. Make calls and do your job diligently when you hear your customers issue, saying there’s nothing you can do with a 5 second pause pretending to look on a computer is a blantant lie and an embarrassment. We acquired two buildings, one in November 2021 and another in April 2023, both of which housed the company's equipment, necessitating our contractual obligation to retain it. According to the agreement for the building purchased in November 2021, we were entitled to receive 50% of the collected revenues on a quarterly basis. However, we have only received a single payment to date. In the case of the second building, acquired in April 2023, the company has failed to fulfill its 50% commitment to make quarterly payments altogether. Additionally, their communication has been largely unresponsive, and their approach can be described as intimidating. When we raised the issue of outstanding payments, they outright denied any financial obligation.
