I’ve never tried acupuncture before because I tend to be super skeptical but I decided to visit Sherry after one of my neighbors recommended me to go see her. I injured my right jaw and ended up in the emergency room where I got a CT scan and they told me it was TMJ, and my jaw was sprained. I was in the most intense pain of my life for two weeks. I had horrible migraines, facial pain, was not being able to open my mouth fully, chew my food or even talk or laugh properly. I was taking pain relievers and anti-inflammatories, I was massaging my face, applied moist heat and ice and really did everything I could to make it better but my jaw was still locked. Once I walked into Sherry’s office, she asked me few questions and asked me to lay down and relax. I couldn’t really believe it but after chatting for a bit she inserted a couple of needles on my right foot and asked me to open my mouth it was seriously like an absolute miracle, my jaw immediately unlocked. She was so gentle that I didn’t even feel when she inserted the rest of the needles. After a super relaxing and great 45 min meditation I left her clinic feeling great and I was able to open my mouth fully, and was able to finally eat properly...

Sherry is a wonderful acupuncturist and I’m so grateful I found her. She had to deal with navigating with some difficult stuff surrounding my insurance and she stuck it out for me which is more than I could possibly ask for (having to go back-and-forth with my insurance must have been a huge pain but she didn’t give up on having me as a patient).

Her building is in the perfect location between Williamsburg and Greenpoint and is very convenient. The building itself and her office are really nice, as well. It’s incredibly comfortable, clean, and relaxing. (Her acupuncture table is sooo comfy, too!)

I have felt improvements from her acupuncture so quickly and will certainly be continuing treatment with her and will recommend her to friends and family. 10 out of 10...

I’ve been seeing Sherry for almost a year now for a gnarly back injury and sciatica, and simply put, she works miracles. She has seen me through pre and post-op care, a failed surgery, epidural complications, and continues to be the one care provider to actually bring relief. She can stop a migraine in its tracks, too!
