Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in New York

Been waiting 2 hours for a pick up, no way to cancel it. I spent nearly $50, am 7 months pregnant and there’s no way to cancel your order and get a refund. I get being short staffed, the staff was working hard and were nice and I was not rude while inquiring about my order, but this is crazy. If you’re short staffed, turn off your online orders. There’s one poor girl doing all the online orders. The manager should be looking out for his staff better. Was excited to have this in the neighborhood, especially as an option while running errands to pick something up quickly on the way home, but never again. We have better local options to patronize here.

Edited to add: got my order at 10 pm, completely wrong. Multiple missing items and check out the “quesadilla”. They ran out of cheese hours ago supposedly. Soda is also flat and look...

I love chipotle but I am really not impressed with the new location that opened near me here in tottenville. Every time I walk in no one greets you and everyone has a long face on. If you ask a question, it’s answered under their breath making no eye contact. I went in with my son who is 2 who said hi to one of the cashiers and no one even acknowledged him. The other day we just decided to go to the location in Woodbridge and were greeted with smiles and a warm welcome. Not saying they need to be over the top but some eye contact and maybe a welcome to chipotle wouldn’t hurt. Just sad to see this location just opened and a place that I love to eat has such...

Is this place in the running for worst Chipotle in the country? Corporate needs to get this location together. 3 times, no pickup order online is available. One of the times, I go to the location and told "we are closed come back in an hour". No explanation. Worst of it all, completely dirty EVERYTIME I've been in there. Garbage all over the tables and floor, never ice in the machine. You dont have someone who does simple clean up of the place? I dont remember last time I've been into any food related restraunt in the last 10 years that looked like this place. Someone please see these reviews and get whoever is running this place...
