Waited in line for about 20 minutes, which honestly wasnât bad, I just thought it was odd that 10 people would leave the store, but they would only let 5 in at a time. Not sure if this was a store policy or not.
All the staff were BEYOND nice and accommodating, I thought it was so cute they all had matching sweats on and matching Newbalances too.
They had additional stock upstairs, but that took FOREVER to receive, I waited probably at least 20 minutes just for underwear and 25 for a bra that I ended up just telling them not to worry about because it was taking so long and it was already 9:30-9:45pm
4.No one physically rushes you out of the store but everyone will start to swiffer around you so just a heads up lol
From what I noticed alot of staff members spoke multiple languages which customers loved.
Overall I would say my experience was a 3.5 out of 5, the store was well put together, I especially loved the giant mirrors on the elevators, but they need to find a more efficient way to get more stock on the floor and not have it take SO long. I felt like the girl helping me was embarrassed too because she kept speaking into a microphone to check on where my stuff was. My clothing is well made and decently priced, I will continue to shop here....
Read moreI donât know where to start. Iâve recently visited Skims on 5th avenue next to Cartier, which I normally go to shop but I decided to look at Skims for pure enjoyment. My experience was downright bad and I donât plan on returning. The only positive thing was the nice employee David who attended to my needs and fulfilled everything that I needed. He was the only employee who helped me while the other employees looked at me with such disdain. But other than that everyone including the employees looked so tired and worn out because of how tiny the space inside the store is that u constantly bump into someone, I felt so claustrophobic. Even, being in the elevator with a creepy mirror in the front and employees hopping on and off the elevator and being shoved into the corner of the elevator. One employee said to the customer, âplease move out of the wayâ because of how tight the space was and I felt so bad for the customer and the rest of the people witnessing this happening. On top of that, I saw this interaction between a female employee awkwardly touching another employeeâs back and shoulder, the employee looked uncomfortable and disturbed. Moving forward, this store needs some serious reevaluation on how the team interacts to...
Read moreI decided to give this place a second try with my partner but worst customer service ever. The employees are dismissive. We stopped in today to buy a pack of the men boxers and when we asked the employees about the product. He answered â ofc we donât have it , itâs been sold out for a while nowâ with such a snarky attitude. Making my partner feel like we asked a stupid question. I work in customer service and personally if we didnât have a certain product in store. He couldâve suggested other products. Even when we approached him he looked like we bothered him by just asking for help. Itâs not the first time this happens. The employees feel entitled to answer however they want. I saw employees just chit chatting not paying attention to guests. Guests had to approach them. Iâm pretty sure Kim Kardashian would not like to have a team who doesnât want to help out customers. Did not get greeted by anyone. The employees look like they donât want to help anyone because we asked for help and got sarcastic answers by them. We got the same treatment around January. I donât recommend anyone to go to the flagship store, itâs better just to shop online and save yourself from a judgmental dismissive...
