A lot of misleading information in their advertisements and poor service. I purchased 3 facial sessions, but they told me that some treatments are only included in the first session and not the others—not mentioned at all before purchase.

The worst part was their handling of scheduling. I had to travel 1.5 hours to get there. I called multiple times before my appointment to let them know I might be slightly late and to see if we could reschedule—no one answered. Instead, they only replied via text saying “being up to 15 minutes late is completely fine.”

I arrived at 5:32 PM, which is 17 minutes late, just 2 minutes over the so-called 15-minute grace period—only because they had suddenly changed their location and it took extra time to find the suite. When I got there, they told me they couldn’t do the treatment at all, saying it was “too late,” and told me to reschedule on another day. The front desk woman was extremely rude and dismissive, even gaslighting me, saying they were “saving me a rescheduling fee” as if they were doing me a favor. Honestly, my time is way more valuable than that rescheduling fee.

I feel sorry for being late—but only went there at all because they assured me it was okay. Had they told me otherwise, I would have saved myself 1.5 hours. But instead, they made the decision for me—as if I would prefer to “save money” rather than time—and refused the service upon arrival. This is not customer care.

Their reply below falsely even claims that I was 20 minutes late, which is completely untrue—I can prove it with building security footage. Their policies were never clearly communicated in advance, and now they’re using them as an excuse to deflect responsibility.

Additionally, there is no written or visible policy anywhere that explains the grace period or late policy, nor what counts as “too late.” It’s a completely non-transparent and arbitrary system.

Also, they claimed they added a “free LED treatment” for me out of goodwill. But the truth is, LED was already included in the first session, and that’s exactly how they lured me into buying a 3-session package. Then in the second session, they said LED was not included. Only after I complained did they say they’d add it “for free.” It was just a bait-and-switch tactic.

On top of all this, the overall vibe of the place is chaotic and rushed, with zero flexibility in scheduling and no accountability. I’ve never been to a spa that would flat-out refuse service for being 2 minutes over a so-called grace period—especially one they themselves said was fine in writing. If they continue to post inaccurate and misleading replies, I will have to report them for false advertising and deceptive practices.

I truly don’t understand how a place in the service industry can operate like this. If you value your time, peace of mind, or honesty—stay away from this place.

Yelena is friendly, she is easy to communicate with and has a lot of experience. Yelena handled me with care. She gave me a stress ball to hold, which was her own special touch, it really helped with tolerating any uneasiness.

She listened to me and used the laser level that gave me comfortability and still treated the areas effectively. Her circular, side to side and up and down technique also helped A LOT with tolerating any uneasiness. Honestly, I barely felt any pain. We spoke and laughed the whole time and I am very pleased with her. Yelena advocates for Skin Concept and Laser, assuring me that Skin Concept and Laser has the best prices around and offered me the March Deal.

Yelena is relatable, Yelena wiped my face after the treatment and applied the soothing aloe on my skin afterwards.

Adding Yelena on Skin Concept and Laser's Permanent Staff is a wise choice, her techniques should be utilized by the other staff members and Yelena wholeheartedly deserves pay increase.

My intuition was telling me this session was going to go great and thanks to Yelena it was Phenomenal. Yelena is a Phenomenal Human, A Phenomenal Woman and a Phenomenal Laser Tech.

Waste of money and waste of time , i dont recommend this place . I bought a package of 6 sessions of Endosphére therapy , Anastasia was the girl who did it for 2-3 sessions .After she had done 3 session with me other sessions she just wanted to pass to other girls , on time was Mila , she just wanted to sit with the girl in Front desk . At 6th session arrived 20 min earlier , Anastasia clearly was doing nothing , i waited for about 40 min , she called Mila to have done that last session , mila came but she had another appoint with her client , Anastasia she did not bother at all even if i told her you are taking to long and i cant wait past hours for no reason , she was like i messed up the schedule meanwhile for that time i was there she has no other client . Got mad at her i told im leaving bc i have other things to do . She was not professional not friendly and everytime was there she was so bothered and moody . After 3-4 h Got a phone call from the frint desk girl telling me im so sorry was a mistake from anethtesist we would like to reschedule your appoint for another day and gift a facial to apologies , i accepted , 3 days before appoint i had to cancel for personal reasons , and i got the answer okay ! They never rescheduled my appoint . They owe me a session of Endospheres therapy plus the owe me a lot of apologies ! I made sure to give a very nice review for this place 🙃 all of my friends...
