This is hands down the best dental office experience I’ve ever had in my life! Not only is the office spotless (seriously, it’s so clean I joked I could eat a donut off the floor), but it’s also modern and aesthetically appealing, which instantly put me at ease.
From the front desk staff to the office manager, coordinator, dental hygienist, and dentist, every single person I encountered was professional, kind, and welcoming.
My initial visit was for a consult regarding a missing side tooth. Before coming here, I had done my research and even visited another dental office, but that experience left me feeling uncomfortable. When I got my first filling there, the process felt rushed, nothing was explained to me, and I left feeling unseen. Coming here was the complete opposite. Devin, the dental hygienist, was extremely nice, gentle, and informative while performing my X-rays and oral cleaning. Most importantly, he reassured me and helped calm my nerves throughout the process, which made such a difference. He truly handled my teeth and me with care.
Then I met Dr. Alex Gause, who exceeded my expectations. He was professional, patient, and incredibly detailed. He explained my oral health clearly and answered questions before I even had to ask. By the end of my consult, we discovered I needed three fillings and would also begin the process for an extraction, bone graft, and implant. Surprisingly, instead of being nervous, I left feeling reassured and even excited to move forward!
On my second visit, I had all three fillings done, and the experience was completely pain-free thanks to Dr. Gause’s expertise. His precision and gentle-handed technique with the numbing injections made the entire process comfortable I didn’t feel a single thing. He is not only highly skilled and detail-oriented, but also professional, patient, and reassuring throughout the procedures. In just one hour, he transformed what I expected to be stressful dental work into something smooth and even pleasant (the music helped too lol).
Afterward, Sophia, the coordinator, walked me through all my insurance coverage and payment options in detail, which really reduced any stress. Brenda, the office manager, was also extremely helpful and reassuring, making me confident that I had made the right choice in coming here.
I cannot recommend this office enough. If you want top notch professionalism, comfort, and genuine care, this is the place to go. 10/10 easily a...
Read moreHonestly the best dental experience I've ever had. Devin did my teeth cleaning and it was the best and most thorough cleaning of my life, no exaggeration. He even offered me lip balm before he began so my lips didn't dry out (a brand new lip balm for me to keep)...I've never had a dentist do that before. He also explained everything thoroughly before, during and after my cleaning, making sure I was always comfortable and had all of my questions answered. The office was immaculately clean which I very much appreciated during Covid times. I hadn't been to a dentist in over a year because of this fear but I never felt uncomfortable at this office. Dr. Gause was equally attentive, kind and knowledgeable and the receptionist at the front desk was incredibly helpful and sincere in answering all questions I had in scheduling my appointment before coming to the office and also in checking me out and scheduling me for my next appointment in a few months. If you are looking for a wonderful dental practice with the best, kindest, most knowledgeable staff, greatest care and cleanest office, look no further. You will not be disappointed. Honestly, I cannot wait to go back and I've never felt that way about a dentist before! Thank you so much to Devin, Dr. Gause and the amazing and patient woman at the front desk (I'm sorry I don't have her...
Read moreDr. Gause assured me I needed a root canal or invisalign to fix the pain in one of my teeth, and that invisalign would have a higher long term success, and not to worry, I could get new trays for life if i needed a fix later down the road. One day, I came back in because not only was the pain still there, but I hate my smile now when I liked it before, I was told my file was closed. I was told I was to have come back sooner if I needed an adjustment, and he could not help me without starting all over. I paid thousands of dollars completely out of pocket at a time I had little work to still be in pain and now hate a smile i once actually liked. Now I have even less opportunity to try to fix what has happened and am fairly upset by all of this, and am afraid I'm now stuck like this. Overall, between this, and the improper sporadic billing i experienced when i first began this process, and static at the front desk when I was first going (there was a different, more helpful person there the last time i went), it was an awful experience I just kept trying to get thru, hoping the outcome would be worth all the stress, but it was not. I might be more stressed about it now. After all of the time, stress, and cost, I still have pain and now...
