I went to this appointment for consultation about a cyst removal and the doctor scheduled me for another appointment to actually remove it. The appointment was today and I received a call an hour before it was scheduled for them to tell me the Dr. Lauren Strazzulla actually doesn't typically do this and I should find a plastic surgeon. Even though she looked at it and told me she could remove it. I just needed a very small cyst removed from my skin behind my ear, I do not think this is something that a plastic surgeon should do (which is likely not covered by insurance). I feel this was a huge waste of time and bad advice from the doctor when I saw her - she could have told me to go to someone else instead of scheduling me. I planned my whole day around the procedure and it was extremely unprofessional to wait until 1 hour before to tell me they didn't have enough time (because they had booked me for another type of procedure for some reason?) and then they said actually she can't do it at all. I had 2 appointments where I had to draw blood twice to get prescribed a medication. They confirmed my pharmacy and told me that the prescription would be ready. When the pharmacy never got the order, I called back and they told me differing accounts - 1) I was never prescribed because apparently I expressed uncertainty about taking the prescription and 2) they had an error on their end. I had to follow up multiple times requesting an email of next steps -- they never called back and I never got an email confirming what happened. A waste...

Beware. I paid out of pocket to get rid of a vein in my nose. All the information online says it can take between one to four sessions. After two sessions this Doctor decide I had enough unless I wanted to pay for more session. The rules and pricing were changed along the way and it felt really sleazy....
