I'm obsessed with SN lashes! After discovering this amazing place last year on a run, I haven't stepped into any other salons in my neighborhood. So far I've done mani, pedi, eyelash extensions, massages and eyebrow microblading all at this place, and I'm extremely pleased with every visit.

Most recently I visited the salon for a gel mani and pedi. They have a wide range of color and brand selections for polish. Ranging from OPI, Essie, to luxury brands such as Chanel. (Note: you have to pay extra for the luxury brands.) Nicole did a super fun and playful design on the nails. In my experience, even with a regular mani pedi, the nail polish can stay on perfectly for at least a week or two.

Eyelash extension is what SN lashes known for. The experience is so relaxing that sometimes I even fall asleep while the technicians work on my lashes! Compare to other places I've been to, this place never give me red eyes or tingly feelings after the fill. The lashes usually stay on for 3 weeks, and then you'll come back for a refill. (PS: they have a 40% off promotion for first timers, so def take advantage of it!)

The only thing I haven't done yet is the Keratin lash lift. For this one I may have to get it done first and report back my experience :) but I have no doubt that they'll surprise me again with amazing results. In addition, there's a promotion on this service right now for $69. Again take advantage while you can ;)

SN Lashes is also doing a great job keeping the customers feel safe during covid. Besides the usual masks wearing, the technicians also wear gloves on the job, and each booth are divided by separators.

Overall, my experiences with SN lashes have been nothing but wonderful. Thanks SN team for making me a happy girl inside and a pretty girl outside. Xx

This review is for the micro blading service. I have thin, spare brows that need lots of attention. Before micro blading was a thing, I used to draw eyebrows on every day. Since I discovered this service, I've done a micro blading a few times. Some have great results while some of them not so great, but I think this time is actually one of the best experiences I've had. Sunny really took her time to listen to me and design my eyebrows to the perfect shape. Her technique is very advanced from the other artists I've worked with. Instead of drawing strokes, she used dot techniques to make the blading less invasive. The process was super comfortable and smooth. One thing I was surprisingly pleased is that my awkward recovery stage was almost non existent! Usually it would take me a whole month for my eyebrows to heal and show it's true color, but this time it really just took 10 days!! You will see some flakes of your skin peeling off during the recovery stages, but nothing super awkward. The last photo was taken 7 days after the procedure, and you can tell my right eyebrow was still healing. I won’t be returning to this salon. My first visit was with Lily, and it was already a red flag. She failed to mention that nail removal would cost an extra $25 until after the service was done, and she also misquoted the total price. I still tipped on Venmo her despite the lack of transparency and feeling misled.

After that, I returned for two separate nail repair appointments—both with different technicians (not Lily). Each time, I had repairs done on two nails. The first time, I was charged $20. The second time, I was charged $15 for the exact same service. There was no explanation, no price breakdown—just inconsistent charges.

My final visit was the worst. I was just five minutes late, and instead of acknowledging me or communicating anything, Lily took a break while I sat there waiting. No apology. When she finally started, she rushed through my pedicure and handled my nails roughly. I felt uncomfortable the entire time.

Then, at checkout, I was asked if I wanted to leave a tip on the card—with a comment about how I didn’t tip Lily last time on Venmo. That felt completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Tipping is optional and based on service. Lily didn’t earn a tip that day, and bringing it up later made it clear they expected one no matter what. You can’t mislead customers, deliver subpar service, and still expect a tip.

Overall, this place lacks transparency, consistency, and basic customer service. I won’t be spending another dollar here—and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
