Awful experience here. We came in with an appointment on a Saturday afternoon and waited 20 minutes to be seated. I already had dip polish on my nails, so that had to be soaked off, a process which usually doesn't take that long. One of the guys told us it would be a few minutes until they could find someone to do our nails (dip and nail art). 40 minutes passed as my nails soaked and nobody came over to take the nail polish off. My fingers were getting really irritated by the acetone, so I took the tinfoil off myself. My sister had someone start her nails and I was still waiting for someone to do my nails and nail art. An hour after we had gotten there, they finally found someone to do my nail art and when I showed her the picture, she told me she absolutely does NOT do that nail art, so I had to wait until someone else could do it. The nail art I requested was basically a French manicure, literally something ANYONE can do. We came here specifically because their nail art is supposed to be fantastic and I was going to get something more intricate but had already been there for an hour and so I went with something I figured was pretty basic... The manicure was OK, nothing to write home about and pretty standard. My cuticles got cut in several places and my thumb is now covered in blisters. Two hours later, we were finished. I paid nearly $85 for this manicure which is a crazy up charge for a design so simple. No discount for the wait, the staffer who refused to do my nails, nothing. The manager apologized and he was very nice but this was really disappointing.

I almost never leave reviews but whenever I do, its either the service was REALLY GOOD or VERY DISAPPOINTING. And unfortunately, this one is the latter. I went to this nail salon last friday to try the gel extensions. The lady who did my nails, her name is Joyce, she was very nice and the whole process was super long but she did her best. At first we had to redo one nail cos i noticed it was tilted when she put the fake nails on. I was going for the hailey bieber nails, and I showed them a picture of how it looks. At the end, the outcome looked nice but not exactly the same as the picture which was okay with me. Its whatever. Fast forward to 2 days after, the chrome on my thumbnail is already damaged, and i did nothing heavy over the weekend. I just feel like for $107 nails it should last me WAY LONGER than two days. I do have my own nail tech that i go to all the time, the only reason i didn’t go to her is because she was out of town. And whenever she does gel nails on me, it lasts me 2 weeks before it ever chips. This is just disappointing, i feel like i need a refund. Lesson learned, stick to who you know does a good job.

I’ve been to this salon multiple times, hoping for a consistent and high-quality experience, but unfortunately, I’ve been disappointed each time. Over the course of my visits, I’ve had to return five separate times just to get my nails fixed due to mistakes made during the initial appointment. The most common issues have been uneven nail shapes, inconsistent lengths, and polish that chips or lifts within days — even after paying close to $100 per visit. Each time, I communicated my concerns clearly with the technician and again at checkout, as they encourage, but the quality never improved. I understand that mistakes can happen occasionally, but needing to come back five times for corrections is unacceptable, especially at this price point. While the staff have generally been polite, the lack of attention to detail and inconsistency in service just isn’t worth the time, money, or frustration anymore. I’ve made the decision not to return and will be going to another salon that takes greater pride in their work and delivers better value for the price

I had the worst experience on this nail salon. I was excited to get my nails done as I was traveling to celebrate my engagement to Greece. I did my nails with my sister one day before to have some girl's time.

This place has the worst customer service and communication. My sister had a personal conversation in our native language (Spanish) with me and the technician that was doing her regular mani/pedi had an attitude trying to intervene in the conversation stating that "she only does expensive nail services not regular ones" to the point to make my sister not enjoy the service at all as she was extremely aggressive and with bad attitude.

In my case I had another technician that was frustrated as she didn't want to do a pedicure to start. When the time came to do my gel French manicure it was horrible as she had to repeat multiple times as she didn't like to do it in short nails. I asked to the technician if she is not comfortable to please have another person, she continued to ignore my request. As I was limited on time I hoped to get a better outcome, but it was worst.

Once I went to pay for the services I explained to the manager that I was not happy with the way all the services went and if it was possible to get another technician to do the French manicure as the line was too thick. The manager said that I should have told with time as all are "experienced" technicians. I explained multiple times that the person I was dealing with didn't understand my request even when I asked to have another person.

I went on my trip and as soon as I arrived at my destination 4 out 10 nails chipped. With that said my sister ended up just with multiple cuts in her cuticles and a fiasco of a "relaxing girls time"

If you are looking for professional services AVOID this place and go to any of the other less pricey places around the neighborhood. I thought the higher cost will get me a better experience but quite the opposite it just was a total scam...

The end killed the whole experience

I went for a pedicure, everything was going great until I was asked to move to the drying area, I was very relaxed finishing my podcast. I had just sat down and I was being asked about the payment, I hand in my credit card and since they had a security code they were asking for my pin !!! I said I would stand up once the drying process would finish, (there wasn’t anyone else that wanted/needed to pay) they didn’t wanted to wait so I had to stand up.

Then both my technician and the least at the cashier where asking me for the tip (so much for my last relaxing moment). I ā€œhadā€ to pay in cash I said I didn’t had any with me. It took them seconds to say there was an atm right there to withdraw and tip them, I was speechless. Having two woman in front of you insisting !! My husband was just outside waiting for me and I said I’ll go out and I couldn’t even finish saying and they were saying no, they could make another charge to my card. I was not understanding why I couldn’t I even sign for the tip right on my receipt. Then they said they would try but because of the secure pin they thought it would not work.

The worst part was when the technician told me to put 20%!!! At that moment I didn’t even wanted to leave anything!!! It’s the holidays and I know the pandemic has hit hard so I couldn’t leave without any tip, I left 18% and they were not happy. After all that and killing my relaxing moment, my service should have been for free!!

All in all, I am VERY disappointed. I thought I had found my new fav salon but I won’t go back. Why not charge at the very end? If they don’t trust their customers then charge before…which it wouldn’t work because they pushed a few times to do another service or upgrade...
