So today, 11/9/2020 approximately 6:20pm. I walked Into the jimmy jazz store, two employees where talking to each other from across the room (one was on the left side another on the right side). Neither one of them greeted me once i walked In, but immediately stopped talking. Me and my friend was looking at the men shoes for roughly 3 mins or so. We walked down further more into the store to look at the other men shoes. As soon as i turned Around one of the employees (young kid with glasses) was right behind me. Right after i just Walked down the aisle, I instantly Felt i was Being followed. I asked Him why is he following me he said “what do mean?” And he said he has to follow me because i might Need help( Which doesn’t you should Hoover and follow the customer in the store). The manager or another co worker ended up getting involved in a VERY aggressive way saying that’s his job. Mind you WE ARE IN A PANDEMIC, GIVE ME MY 6 FEET DISTANCE PLEASE... But anywho, I’ve walked into many places and sometimes I’ve been followed and sometimes i haven’t. Mind you I’m a young black African American male. I know When I’m being followed in a store. And i Have retail experience (3+ years tjmaxx), so i know The protocol when a customer comes into a store. Furthermore, despite the horrible services from the other associates, one in particular ended up giving me good service. I believe His name was Abdul, in no way he was hovering over my shoulder unlike the the employee. He was honestly a laidback employee, he passed by and saw me trying on a sweater and gave me a input on how it looked On me. And also took his time to get a sweater down from the high shelf. I ended Up spending roughly $250 for two sweaters. I would of gave this store a one star. But Abduls excellent service boosted this...
Read moreI would give this store zero stars if I could. I ordered a pair of Jordan 3s in-store to be delivered directly to the location so I could pick them up. It has now been almost a month, and I have not received my shoes, a refund, or even the option to select another product. Every time I contact them, I’m just told to “wait,” with no clear timeframe or explanation.
The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional—she refused to give her name when asked for it to file a complaint and even disrespected my mother by saying, “you should fix your grammar.” This behavior is completely unacceptable for a business.

Read moreThe manager is a terrible customer service worker. I was with a few of my cousins, one was buying a pair of shoes and the other two were looking at shirts. The one who was opening the shirts got yelled at for opening shirts. Manager watching us the whole time as if we were stealing and went “do yall need help bruh I need to refold all of those and we’re about to close” mind you it’s 7pm and they close in an hour.
