They are good at the physical service that theymprovide, but they are not very professional when it comes to serving everyone. They tend to cater to certain people. They welcome them with a huge smile and are certain to thank them on their way out, but they do not give that same type of welcoming and departing service to all everyone although they too are good paying and well respected patrons. Their are two Male employees and they too discriminate against some of the nicest patrons that walk through their doors. I find myself over tipping in the hopes that they will stop their foolishness treat people in light of the Golden Rule "DO UNTO OTHERS AS YOU WOULD HAVE OTHERS DO UNTO YOU". I find it ironic that they behave like that given their very arrival. I only patronize this establishment out of a dire need. Otherwise, I go where my money and loyalty is respected. A white women walked in directly behind me and said hello and THREE employees responded with a hello and then proceeded to ask her how could they help her. On a different day I walked into the same nail salon and about a minute after I walked in a white woman walked in and started looking at nail polish. Read morei have gotten my nails (gel x) done here twice. the first set was great, but it took the woman two hours to complete. the second set was done by a woman named cindy and i called the shop prior to this appointment to see if this service could be done within an hour which is the standard amount of time for a fill on gel x and it has been almost a week and i already have one nail that started to break. i went to the shop the day after i noticed it was starting to break and asked if they could fix this one nail. the shop was pretty busy i will admit but they then told me i had to wait 20 minutes until they could fix it and then i was yelled at by the woman who was going to fix my nail saying that it was my fault for the nail breaking. there is absolutely no reason i should’ve been spoken to in this manner and i will never return...
