I'm writing this review in regards to an Uber eats order i placed on behalf of myself and P. Conley last night on her Uber eats account. I ordered the Emilia Pie , around 8 pm. wait time was 50 minutes which is ok. After waiting an hour, our delivery driver was still waiting for our pizza, and had to wait an additional 10 minutes at the restaurant til it was ready.

fast forward getting our ONE PIE, an hour and a half later (over 30 minutes LATE): The pie was absolutely ICE cold, the toppings on the box more than the pie, and it was extremely soggy, to the point the parts of the slices towards the center of the pie had to be scraped off the bottom of the box because it wasnt fully cooked ,yet the outer crust was done well.

I've had their Emilia pizza before and it was great IN THE PAST. What we got last night was disguising to the point we threw it away because the dough wasn't cooked.

I am reasonable and can understand some things are out of your control at the restaurant like the pie getting cold en route. i wouldn't even care about that because i always reheat any pizza i get delivered, or even the topping sliding around because that could be the delivery persons fault, BUT THE DOUGH IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PIE WAS RAW, SOGGY AND INEDIBLE.

You sent the pie out like that, after it not being ready after an hour. i would have rather waited longer if that meant i received food that was edible. No, i dont want to wait an hour and a half for a pie on a TUESDAY night (its not friday or saturday), but a pizzeria that sends out food like that to their customers when its already late to a customer is adding insult to injury and honestly shows poor customer service

I'm really disappointed . so after almost 2 hours, I was still hungry, and wasted my money. On top of that, because i placed my order on Uber Eats, I couldn't even get my money back on the order.

I don't normally write a place off after one bad experience, but this one was so bad that we will.

Sad to say I will never order from here again, and don't recommend anyone to...

Baciccia is not just a restaurant, it's a warm, embracing experience. The service is probably the best in town, everyone in there is so nice, kind, professional, and caring. The food is brought out to the table just at the right time, nothing is rushed and no one is dragging. The place itself is so simple and cute, just like any good restaurant in Italy. The food is authentic and delicious. I very rarely order lasagna because it tends to be soggy, small and bland, but I saw other people eating it and decided to give it a try. It was the best decision ever. The pasta was rough and thick, the parmigiano abundant and the sauce was meaty and hearty. Me and my friends also shared a pizza, meatballs and other 2 pasta dishes, everything was equally delicious. The wine selection is simple and elegant, nothing pretentious but every bottle is there for a reason. Finally, the desserts were to die for. The affogato was rich and sumptuous, the lava cake warm and silky, the panna cotta light and delicate, perfect after such a heavy meal. The price was also moderate and fair. I genuinely can't wait to go back and I couldn't...

The service at Baciccia Pizza e Cucina was excellent—friendly and attentive, especially our main server. The presentation of the dishes was also impressive, with everything looking well thought out on the plate. Unfortunately, the food itself didn’t live up to expectations. Also no A/C inside, we sat on a small terrace at the back of the place.

I ordered the pork chop and it was extremely dry—overcooked to the point of being tough. While our server handled the situation professionally, someone came out and defensively claimed they had tasted it and it wasn’t dry, which felt unnecessarily rude and dismissive.

My wife had the spaghetti alle vongole, which lacked flavor, and several clams still had what seemed like digestive residue in them—not something you'd expect at this price point. The salad that came with the chop looked fresh but tasted bland, and felt more like a garnish than a proper side.

On the bright side, desserts were enjoyable and well-executed, which helped salvage the meal a bit. Overall, while the service and plating were solid, the food quality and the handling of feedback left a...
