I contacted Berryccino at around 6:00pm on a Friday night to have something delivered for me that same night. In less than 2 1/2 hours later a GORGEOUS & FRESH piece was delivered to another borough, Staten Island, from Brooklyn, in rush hour traffic for my niece who had just had come home from the hospital. From the moment I reached out to Berryccino and connected with Alex he was nothing short of professional, patient, sweet, considerate and completely invested in ensuring that what he put together for me was exactly what I was looking for - every detail from what the arrangement would consist of, size, color, and price. He kept in touch, sending me pictures of the piece before it went out of delivery and confirming when it had arrived. He made what I expected to be a delivery that would unlikely to happen that same evening, completely possible and with all the care and attention my order would have received if it was made days in advance. Service was Exceptional from the Start! I was Very last min with my order for Mother’s Day. I contacted Him Via Instagram DM and he responded very quickly!!!! I didn’t think I would get a response within minutes being that It was Very late at night (11:58pm to be exact). He asked me to send him pictures of what I wanted Which I did And he was very accommodating as I was sending multiple things at once and being very indecisive lol. He was very patient with me and we decided on an order being that Mother’s Day was literally in a few hours I asked If I could Pick up the order and he said yes and it would be ready by 9AM! About a week ago I was searching for a service that would deliver chocolate covered strawberries and flowers for a friend's birthday during these awkward times in the pandemic. I was opting for Edible Arrangements but the number of times I've seen terrible outcomes and poor attention to detail, was too high. I couldn't find anything like LoveBerry, had no idea it existed until last night! I placed an order with a random place to just have a decent bouquet delivered until I came across LoveBerry on instagram. I almost felt it was too good to be true, but all the customer reviews and tagged photos sold me. I placed an order so last minute, I wasnt even sure it would go through.
