If there was a 0 Star i would had giving it. I bought 1 spa card by accident not realizing that i ended up buying 4 for 200 dollars. i didnt even see the final amount before purchasing and know when i saw the mistake..i called them right away just to find out that they are closed on the weekend. called them back on monday and they gave me the run aaround stating is final sale and they cant do anything about it. they stated that they will review just to find out that are just following their policies which i dotn udnerstand if there was a mistake and try to correct it why would i be penilized. i asked to speak to a manager or supervisor..keep getting that they are busy and unable to assist. i also sent an email to their dept for assitance and still unable to get any help a week later. you have lost me as a customer and shame on your customer service skills. you need to be more like spa finder and have coverage for 7 days a week where someone can help the situation right way rather than wait 3 business day for a reply back. with no supervisor or anyone here to help which the call center is overseas. so FUSTRATED! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING...

Went to pay with the 2 gift cards but was refused and had to pay yet again with my credit card. I called Spa Week right away to let them know was unable to use these cards there. Cathy the Customer Service rep said to give her till next Wednesday at the latest (this was last Friday)... She never called me so I called her..She asked for all of the details again and said to give them at least another 10 days so they can investigate. What a SCAM!!! Want my money back....

My other daughter asked me to purchase hers. So I did. I purchased $200. I received 1- $50 gift card. When I called to explain what had happened, they bent over backwards NOT to help me. I talked to their UNCUSTOMER reps, Claire and Mary who would just continually apologize and not offer any help. I left emails with Cheryl Reid, prez and CEO and never heard back.
