Staples Print & Marketing Services — Local services in New York

I ran in because a friend of mine had a problem with local print shop who printed her items incorrectly 6 times and just couldn't get it right altogether the order was placed in advance. We needed it for an event we both hosted with the sponsors represented on the tables. I told her I'd run to staples to see if they could do it but she had no faith. I told her I'm not sure why you didn't go there in the first place but whatever... I ran in with literally 25 mins to show time all inclusive of travel and getting ready, I was greeted by Kelsie. I explained the issue and she was able to print 22 3.5x4 place card on the FIRST try! Took me all of 5 mins of my time, meanwhile my friend was stressing for the last 24 hours.

As a small business owner myself I know how important is it to support local and small but sometimes when we're in a jam, we should acknowledge the big guys who save the day.

I found the service at Staples to be disappointing. Despite there being four employees on the floor, none of them seemed eager to assist with a simple task of printing eight pages of a document I had sent. It was evident that the staff lacked knowledge of customer service and showed little empathy towards assisting customers at a satisfactory level. One employee approached me casually with a drink in hand to inquire about my needs, but then left without clearly indicating if he intended to help or not. Overall, I was unimpressed with the level of service provided.​ Seems like at the begging manager spoke to me but she eventually decide to assist some other customer who came after me. I am puzzled how it takes 20 min to complete task of printing black and white 8 pages...

Haseeb just went above and beyond for me when i had an absolute print emergency to figure out.

Needed posters for a job and had 45 minutes to print. He confidently said he would do the best he could and did. Not only did he call with clarification and get files to the printer in lightning speed but he also had an incredible attitude the whole time.

That good attitude came in handy when, all of a sudden, the job needed to be canceled.

Haseeb and his manager refunded me and were understanding of the situation. Incredible service. Very grateful.
