They, sort of / kind of, rejected me their service. I went in there little before 12 noon. I had 2 booklets to print from a 2 pdf files on my thumb drive. The girl took my thumb drive in the back room and came back after about 7-10 minutes later. She told me 2 things. A) My thumb drive is not working so I will have to email them the files B) They have a delay. On the second point she asked me when do I need it by. I told her, "before 2pm." To which she replied, "We can't finish printing before 6pm. I asked her, "even if I just want to get simple color prints, it would take that much time?... The answer was , "Yes."..... ...... ...... I walked out of there and got into a FedEx Place a block and a half from there. Gave the thumb drive to the girl behind the counter and explained to her what I needed. It took me probably a minute to have that exchange. She listened while clicking on a computer... a minute later she stepped away and walked back with the prints. Asked me what kind of cover and binding I needed. I gave he my response... she told me the price ... i agreed ... she pointed me to the credit card machine to swipe my card... while I swiped my card, she walked away and came back with me both of my booklets. ... .... ... It took her almost the same time to finish the job as much it took you to read...
   Read moreAbsolutely horrible experiences here. The workers at this store are completely incompetent. Most recently, I placed two different print orders. One of them was such poor quality I refused to take it and asked for a refund. They said it would be refunded. Of course, it wasn't, and no notes were made on the order about a refund. I'm still working on getting that money back. The second was for some reason sent to a different store for printing (it shouldn't have been), and was supposed to be available for pick up by noon the next day. I went to pick up at 2. I was told it's not there and come back in 45 minutes 'it will definitely be there by then'. Go back at 4. Still not ready. Go back at 4:45 to finally pick it up. It was also printed incorrectly. Told me they would refund it. Didn't. Again, no notes. I'm going to have to go to the credit card company to get these charges reversed.
Almost forgot, during all this I also place a one hour pick up order. The guy gave me the wrong product when I picked up, and I didn't notice immediately so I had to go back again. He just laughed about it--no apologies. No, I don't think your inability to do your job is hilarious, it's a...

The person who ended up having to help me was the one who was right in front of me who had been stamping envelopes that couldnât wait for a live customer. Asked three times to be helped and got passed back and forth because no one wanted to get up or make eye contact. Then Envelope Guy HAD to ring me out and said I didnât pay, when I had paid via PayPal already in order to place the pick-up order. When I said I paid and showed my receipt he said âno big deal just take it Iâm not gonna check.â I left so irritated. Everyone needs customer service experience and training as a general life skill.
