BE CAREFUL: SCAM!! The cost is NOT what they say it is and the customer service is really HORRIBLE.
I went in for a consultation for my foot injury and was told the payment was $40. A week later I checked my insurance and saw an out-of-pocket charge from them for $260. I was like whoa and asked them why they billed $1,900 for only one visit, the fun started there. The front desk said the therapist did that and the therapist pointed back to the front desk. After a while, they finally gave me a number to call billing, and the billing told me it should have been $40 and I needed to call my insurance. I was like why would an in-network session cost $1,900 to begin with, he didn't have a good answer.
The next day, some manager Gilbert called and I was like OMG he was such a nasty guy! I've already told him hey it is what it is, next time with your other customers, please be upfront about the cost, it makes a better customer experience. I can't believe what this idiot Gilbert told me, he said perhaps it was my fault that I didn't check my paperwork before I signed. I was like whoa, finger pointing right there. It is always your customer's fault, never your own fault. He wasn't there and the front desk DEFINITELY didn't mention the $260 charge and I had to find it out this way. What an awful person Gilbert was, he had to blame it on me when he WASN'T even there! Also, he failed to provide me with the paperwork he claimed that I signed with the cost listed. What a joke š
I was going to let it go and not post a review publicly. I guess thanks to Gilbert, I decided to let everyone know what they could get themselves into. This place is just so greedy, all they care about is your $$$$$.
BTW: they also blamed that I had a āhigh deductibleā plan. Just for the record, I donāt. I have Aetna insurance with $750 deductible...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI came in this past June, weeks after injuries sustained from being hit by a car that left me with fractures and being unable to walk for a time. I met Sally at my first appointment and by the end of that first session (having arrived with a walker mind you, unable to use my own legs), she advised me to buy a cane and discard the waker??!! Turned out to be the best thing since that really pushed me to work towards getting my legs back each session.
Often, I worked with Jacob, a summer intern, under Sally's guidance, and together they got me walking without aid of cane/walker and then eventually running on the treadmill.
And the other exercises and stretches I was taught there to treat the random aches and pains I got from time to time were effective in alleviating me of the discomforts I had. I recently wrapped up 3 months of seeing them, 2 to 3 times a week to treat my injuries and while I am still healing, the exercises I learned from Sally and her staff are proving invaluable to me on a daily basis. Can't recommend this location enough, great experience each visit and effective treatment for a pretty traumatic...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAbsolutely, spectacular, every time I go to this starpro office, my regular physical therapist kassie has always been supportive , kind and relatable. The whole office is pleasant from The front desk to the other employees. I do not have interaction with besides conversation (vadee). But they have always been welcoming supportive and encouraging. The clientele as well has been friendly. Therefore you are in a space of friends while we're recovering, and at your most vulnerable. The alternate coverages have been phenomenal as well, danny, jeff has assisted me with learning new skills to enhance my mobility. Bringing their charisma and humor , ideas and support. I believe I met the owner or physician rob and he as well was funny and interactive, with not only his employees but me as the clientele, you dont see that often and that stands out a lot.The staff have been Professional, and dedicated , to their craft I...
