Where to begin? We were only here for two months (before we moved out of state) and we broke down into tears when we left because that is the impression Zena and SPD made on us. In just two months, Zena became an integral part of our lives—and we went from being totally wary of sending our son to daycare (first time parents here) to being devastated that we had to leave when we moved. Some things we loved about SPD and Zena: she was highly communicative, sending us updates throughout the day (with adorable photos), she intentionally fosters a close-knit community (hosting covid-safe events and just how she interacts with each parent), she cares deeply for her kiddos and they all absolutely ADORE her in return, and she always goes the extra mile. We will always think of Zena and SPD as the gold standard for daycare and we couldn't recommend her and Sterling...

Let us start by saying thank you for all the success of our granddaughter. She has transformed before our eyes. She is so much more communicative and her knowledge overwhelms us. Blown away at the level the other children were communicating, we happily were on the waiting list for almost a year before she came aboard Sterling Place Daycare. Shy at first, Zena quickly made her feel at home, even though she cried for the first week or two, haaa. Zena was the first to recognize our granddaughter’s impairments and aided us in obtaining the care she has now which has furthered and improved her growth in reading, writing and motor skills are just amazing and for free.

Sterling Place Daycare (SPD) has been a warm, nurturing, supportive home away from home for our daughter. She began at 4.5 months and recently "graduated" as she is going on to PreK. Everything about Zena, the owner/primary provider, has been awesome and accommodating to our lifestyle such as cloth diapering & vegetarian diet. SPD has been a lifesaver, remaining opened during the height of the COVID19 pandemic, and stayed up to date with all the safety precaution guidelines. My daughter, who is a sensitive & spiritual child, is thriving social-emotionally & academically, loves Zena & all her little friends.
