Amazing does not even begin to describe NYC flower project. The value for quality is unreal. I am very picky and I had a very specific vision. I also wanted a lot for a reasonable budget. There were some floral companies that quoted me upwards of 8-10k without giving me the time of day to negotiate types of flowers, size of centerpieces, substituting candles for flowers, etc.. Not with NYC flower project. They were friendly, flexible, professional, responsive from beginning to end. NYC flower project focuses solely on events and They cater to a variety of styles and work closely with many different event planners so they know this business well. the team was always there to answer my questions and modify my contract as I changed my mind a few times. They worked with my budget and never tried to up-sell me but instead gave me practical, realistic options on how to keep the cost down. Gus was no nonsense and knows his flowers and has great taste. He did a mock up for me before we signed the contract to make sure they understood the style I wanted. Before my wedding, we walked through the flower district choosing flowers and colors I loved and I pointed out things I didn't like. They were again, honest about which flowers were out of my budget and which would give me bang for buck. They sent me final floral mockup photos and they tweaked as I asked. On my wedding day, they were right on time and completely flexible to our schedule and my venue's schedule. Our flowers were PERFECTION... NYC flower project blew my expectations out of the water and I almost cried seeing my beautiful bouquet, our jaw dropping wedding arch, our centerpieces. They captured my simple, elegant, garden style vision exactly to the tea. I am so thankful to have found them and would recommend them 10000%. If you are hesitating, don't!! NYC Flower Project was one of my best wedding decisions. My wedding was in June 2019... but I recommended NYC flower project to my cousin for her wedding this September 2021... once again they knocked it out of the ballpark which prompted me to write this review...

If you’re looking for stunning florals that are very reasonably priced but also a team that will invest a lot of time into putting the exact vision you’ve dreamed of to life while still fitting in your budget, then look no further because it’s a no brainer. Gus and his team are your people!

We got married in Jersey City this May but way before the wedding day itself, Gus and his squad spent hours of time communicating with us to ensure they got down exactly all our requests and I know the average florist would not have had that level of patience, care and dedication with their clients to make sure they could make dreams a reality. I really appreciated that they invited us to their studio to put together sample pieces before the wedding to make sure they make the perfect products for us on the day. Gus was always a phone call away if we had any concerns or questions. And as a very picky bride who couldn’t make up my mind and made changes on multiple occasions along the way and then developing a very specific vision for our wedding, I really am grateful that I found a team that cared enough to listen and spend all the time they did to make us happy on our day. And with such a great attitude and enthusiasm.

Many emails and phone calls later and come wedding day - just wow, I have few words. The bouquets were gorgeous, the church pieces were just divine and exactly what I was looking for. So elegant and modern. And then the venue just blew us away. The family table was a process to put together beforehand but they made it happen as if with ease! The sweetheart table decor was what dreams are made of (better than the Pinterest pics!) and the centerpieces were just incredible. What a vision the whole day. I could not have asked for more and I’m so grateful to have found such a wonderful team. You guys are the best at what you!!! Thank you...

I found NYC Flower Project through their amazing instagram work, and was VERY interested in hiring them for the wedding. Separately, my coordinator then suggested their name when I asked her for recommendations and that's when I knew it was meant to be. From our very first consultation, we could just feel the creativity and endless ideas from Gus and we knew that he could make ANYTHING happen. He immediately had suggestions for all the different florals we wanted, and when I mentioned certain flowers I liked and didn't like, he didn't hesitate to change and come up with another great idea.

We loved our wedding venue, but we knew that we needed a good amount of florals and creative floral design to make it the garden vision that we truly wanted. Our venue was also particular about hanging certain things and what we could and couldn't do, so there was quite a few obstacles for Gus to navigate around but he did so FLAWLESSLY. With a crazy busy wedding season, Gus and his team always made time for calls with us to brainstorm and come up with solutions to our venue restrictions.

I had shared a bunch of reference photos in the past of our vision, and Gus brought them to life in ways I couldn't even imagine. From the moment I received my bridal bouquet at my airbnb, I knew that the rest of the florals would be unbelievable. Without affixing anything to the walls, Gus was able to TRANSFORM our venue space into a dream and my jaw is still on the floor thinking about it. The highlight of the space was the incredible 'dj garden' space that Gus created – concealing a mirror in the venue that I didn't like, and turning it into a dreamy 3D garden that became a central piece in everyones party photos.
