First I gotta say this is a service orientated business, you as the customer have to communicate what you want to try or that you need consultation. I see a lot of complaints about that and the front desk and I was there just before x-mas (and prior to that I was there in early November) and there were no problems. Front counter staff treated me well and even stayed late to accommodate my schedule on one occassion. Every time I had scheduled an appointment they took longer than expected to see me but in my case they did have prep work to do for laser and hydro setups. No one is perfect, they apologized for the wait and that meant they understood there was a delay as I understood to expect a small reasonable wait time to get the service I wanted. My technician, Erika, was kind, clear, and precise in the work she did on me. There dermatologist wasn't available to see me but she communicated my issues using photos with him to ensure I was aware of all my options for treatment. I saw some improvement in my overall Rosacea. I was told from the start that I may only see so much improvement since my condition was so inflamed/active which is good because then my expectations became more realistic. (Conditions you've had for the majority of your whole life wont always just disappear like that. The body takes time to heal.) I've been there 4 times and going back this month to complete another session. Pricing was more than fair and they worked within my means to make it happen. My overall experience at LaserTouch Aesthetics was completely satisfactory!

I’ve been going to their 57th street location for a few months now and I’d never go anywhere else. Their office is intimate with much privacy providing high attention to each client. Everything is clean and new. Appliances are always protected with interchangeable disposable coverage for each individual client.

I’ve gone for multiple sessions for Laser Hair Removal for areas both small and large along with a Microdermabrasion session as well which made my skin feel like a new born!

At first I was skeptical about laser hair removal. I’ve heard so many stories of bad experiences and scaring but upon my first session I knew I was in good hands.

I have all of my sessions done with an Aesthetician, Erica! She is always very professional, gentle, extremely knowledgeable, and caring.

The lasers they use actually have the ability to treat various hair types from course to fine, they’re able to customize settings to better treat any remaining hairs as they become finer & lighter! It’s not painful at all. There’s a pinching sensation and feels a little warm but there’s a cooling air that blows on your skin constantly alongside the laser and it significantly decreases any warmth from the laser.

I instantly saw results and I am still attending sessions! I now have so much more confidence and don’t feel like I’m holding myself back because of an insecurity I’ve had forever and it’s ultimately changed my quality of life!
