Terrible service, workers get easily agitated and very impatient.Had to come back 5 times to finally get the finished product.Doesn’t warn you about whether or not the glasses will come out the way you expect it to be for example if you chose frameless they aren’t gonna say anything about whether or not it would the lens were going to come out thicker than expected. Also don’t count them to keep their words we were promised a discount and a refund of the unspent prepaid money.They instead switched workers the next time we came and denied our discount and also lowered the amount refunded to us. They never had much customers to begin with since there was a much nicer store across the street. Perhaps the reason is that every customer they serve is an one...

First - impeccable people working here! The selection of frames plentiful, in my case the frame color was at issue , ordered the color and there immediate - WOW !!! Wide range of selection, from standard to high-end frames. With almost all the options put on my lenses it was ready within few days with, outstanding workmanship. They are right on, perfect fit !! Terry is a very personal individual whom has much, much experience in this business and much, much patience for me, I genuinely feel with much confidence I got very lucky to have found this place here in Brooklyn. This place is absolutely trashy, they only want to do business once. They make promises that they can’t keep, for example we were promised a discount but the next time we came the worker was not here and we called the one that promised us an discount and she decided to say that she never promised us anything. Since we paid beforehand we were also promised an refund of 40$ but instead was met was an worker (the same one who wrote the receipt) and was only refunded 28$ in cash and not even to the original payment method (Credit card).
