Tremont Renaissance — Local services in New York

This building is gorgeous. Apartments could use more closet space and bigger rooms. Windows are super sound proof. The AC is huge which takes up a lot of space but it reaches the other rooms so at times only one is needed unless the doors are going to be closed of course. Love that it's an AC and a heater in one, very convenient and space saver. Because imagine the AC being so huge and then another section a heating system also. That would be ridiculous.

There's 3 elevators. 1 is specifically for big furniture which easy for moving tenants in and out. All 3 elevators go down to the parking lot. Unfortunately, parking lot is in the same building but not part of the building. It's owned by a company and it is not part of the rent it's a separate bill.

There's a gym with equipment and a play room on the 7th floor for kids which are still closed due to covid. Hopefully some time this Summer or in the Fall it'll open up. Every floor has a...

Long overdue. I use to reside in this building from 2019-2024 as I moved last year as I was fed up and thank god I did. This building was so beautiful when It was first constructed (2019) and a little after 2020 is when it started to go downhill. From infrastructure issues, to mice, to inconsiderate noisy tenants playing music until 4-5AM, broken elevators, water leaking into your apartment due to bad sealing, roaches, homeless people coming into the building and sleeping in the laundry rooms, people defecating in the trash rooms, the list goes on! I personally got the hell out of there and live in a much better place now. I complained for years and nothing much was done. I hope they get their act together and help those out that still reside there as it’s unfair for folks to be paying their rent and to live in...

the building was absolutely beautiful 4 years ago now?? the super does not clean. the hallways are filthy the elevators run down and the entire building infested with roaches. it’s absolutely disgusting. tenants should not be paying rent to live like that at...
