Horrible customer service. I went in this morning 1/2/24 at 11:30am to purchase UGGs for my daughter. I had the most pathetic experience working with a young sales associate who had on a black long sleeve shirt and gray sweatpants. I asked for a certain size and color. This sales associate had a bad attitude and work ethic. Very unhelpful. She comes back upstairs with a janky box that looks like someone stepped on with the wrong shoes. Then when I brought this to her attention she starts huffing and puffing her breath to her coworker about how sheās not going back to the stockroom to look for more shoes. Excuse me? This is your job this is what you get paid to do. I have purchased about 5 UGGs within this month. Every time I go to this location you are treated awful. Like they are doing you a favor like you came to their house to bother them. The regional/district manager needs to reevaluate the staff at this location. Mediocre to say the least. I will not be coming to this location ever again. I had to have the manager assist me because the sales associate I was working with looked miserable and was useless. Ā Ā Ā Read moreA week ago I bought a pair of 119 $ sandals in Ugg Soho. When I tried to pay with my Visa card, no receipt or confirmation came out and I was told it was declined. My friend then paid for the sandals with his MasterCard.
On Tuesday I found out Thant both transactions went through. The money was deducted from both my account and my friends account and I reached out to the store by phone.
When I explained their mistake on the phone I was not given an apology. Instead I was told they would look into IF they made this mistake (or if it was just something I said�) and get back to me. Two days later I called them again to follow up, still no news.
Working in a bank I know theyāve been able to figure this out the day the transaction took place and I have no idea why it has now been a week and they still havenāt refunded my money.
Watch out if they charge you twice and If they do, donāt expect an apology - and donāt expect them to do much about it. Itās been a week now since my purchase, and Iām about to file a fraud form with my card company to get...

I was doing an exchange acted like I was trying to scam the store when she clearly had the EXCHANGE confirmation number. the cherry on top was how she dismissed me towards the end. when I was all set; she didn't even bother to say that I was all set.
