I would rate Levi's as a brand with 5 stars, I love their style, the materials used, hell i'm wearing everything Levi's right now.
However, this particular location has the rudest, nastiest employees possible (with a few exemptions). There's an older dark skinny short balding guy with glasses who usually stays behind the cashier and his attitude and pretentiousness are unparalleled. the floor reps are rude and don't like to do their job. I tried a 721 high rise skinny which had a few stains on it and requested a new one so i could go pay for it. At the same time, another customer requested the same exact size and model. They brought up 2 pairs of jeans and my second pair, also had a stain. When I requested for a third one, this tall skinny african american woman told her coworker standing right in front of me 'I aint goin back down there, we don't have, whatever' and making the nastiest face possible, as if something terribly draining was being required of her other than HER GODDAMN JOB. I don't think she realized the jeans were for me and when I turned to her and said 'that is your job you will go', she did. However, coincidentally and conveniently they 'did not have anymore'. She did not even go to check downstairs but was hanging around in the room right by the fitting roooms. when I asked to see a manager, this little guy even had the nerve to lie to my face and say 'oh my coworker didnt say that.'
Now I'd like to ask you, whoever it is that manages the reviews, and readers, do you think I walk into a store as a customer to pick a fight? I was trying to buy a product from your store. I waited more than 15 minutes inside the store for the first stained pair to come. Why would I pick a fight out of the blue with some unimportant floor sales rep? Do you think I have nothing better to do with my day? And yet, your employee has the nerve to lie to my face and smile.
You lost not only a customer who shops there for everything from tshirts to bandanas and caps, but a big fan of the brand. I do not want to be associated with brands that don't put value in how they treat...

Read moreTotal disappointment! I was charged twice for my purchase on March 26 2022 and did not get the money back. The mistake was made by the cashier, who wasn‘t able to print the receipt. So he started the payment procedure again and asured me that the first payment was canceled and I will not be charged. In the end I was charged twice as proofen on my bank account. I thought this will not be a big deal because the mistake is very clear, I can proof with screenshots of my bank account and I had the trust and believe, that Levi‘s is a brand that is not pulling off their clients. However after three weeks of calling the customer service, the store Manager, my bank and handing in all my documents couple of times I did not get my money back. Levi‘s says my bank should solve the problem. My bank says Levi’s has to solve the problem, they made the mistake. Nothing happened.
