Perfect local hardware store. Having visited my fair share of NYC hardware stores, of all shapes and sizes, this one is by and far my favorite. It's clean, organized, well stocked of the essentials. Employees were super helpful and accommodating. It's not large (if you're looking for a big box hardware store, you're in the wrong city) but it sure does have a lot for it's size. Other stores feel cramped, claustrophobic, disorganized, and one wrong move you will knock over a display. Being in this store was physically soothing as well as just having exactly what I needed (and the stuff they didn't have, they helped me with a work around). I told them I didn't know which card it was and to please help me figure it out. They made the wrong key. And then lied about the fact that I had asked them to help me figure out which key I needed.
