Our experience at the Orpheum theater was an absolute blast, thanks primarily to the riveting performance of the “Empire Strips Back” cabaret Star Wars parody. This show was an incredible spectacle, combining humor, creativity, and a distinctive twist on the beloved franchise that left us thoroughly entertained. I experienced a thrilling night at Rachel Bloom’s show at the Orpheum yesterday! It was a sold out show and the theater packed , a PERFECT venue for her artistry!

I don’t think I had been to the Orpheum since the Stomp days and was delighted to see it’s still Up and running with that same vibe!

The seats all offer a great view of the stage and the ushers and box office are convivial!

I will keep in touch about upcoming projects!

I think anyone dissing this theater is not realizing it is a long standing OFF BROADWAY theater in updated good shape!

Saw The Jonathan Larson Project...show was fabulous and really showed how prescient Jonathan Larson's social commentary was. A man well ahead of his time. Shame to have lost such a voice so young. The actors and musicians gave excellent performances, with Lauren Marcus and Taylor Iman Jones particular standouts. Set design gave insight to JL's writing and personality through some vivid graphics and projections. While the show was great, the theatre's sight lines aren't great, and even mid-orchestra seats weren't enough to overcome the tall(er)...
