Read the yelp reviews and you'll get the same story-- this place is not inclusive to all. Its only inclusive if you are one of their friends and in their clique and want the exact mullet they give everyone. I went in, paid $100 for a haircut with Masami. It took her about 20 minutes (shampoo included) and she didn't do anything to style it. They legitimately are not good hairdressers. She did exactly what I told her not to do (I have curly hair and told her NOT to thin it out but she went wild with the thinning shears). I would give 500 stars if i could. Having Ann cut my hair friday evening was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I love what she did. And so did everyone else. It instantly changed how ppl see me. I wasn't prepared at all for the attention I've been getting, but I'll have to admit, it's kinda nice. I mean to be noticed at all is huge in NYC. The amount of ppl that not only commented very positive on my hair, but asked if they could touch it. Yeah! For real! You'd think I was someone special.
