Edited after owner response below which is outrageously dishonest. As mentioned in my original review I have only got powder TWICE and each time went back within 3 days since the paint chipped. Amanda never waited 15 mins to help me rather she gave up within 5 mins and the other lady helped. All after I have always been made to wait 30-45 mins after my pre booked appt. It is your responsibility to FIX if the quality isn’t good. Can’t believe how you expect anyone to come back after this experience. My nails are uneven, chipped and hurting even after 24 hrs. Very disappointing! Similar to other reviewers they don’t know how to do dip powders well here and blame customers for wanting to try it! My dip manicure chipped for most fingers in just 3 days. This happened the second time after I gave them grace the first time around. When I went back to the salon to get it fixed, the owner guy essentially argued with me and told me I should not have gotten dip since my nails are weak. This is news to me! Most of my friends get dip powder and swear by the durability! My nails have possibly gotten weaker getting gel manicures at this salon previously. I wanted a break and try dip powder. The owner guy seemed to blame me for this! Given the state of most nails chipped I did not want to spend time fixing them all so asked for the powder to be removed and replaced with regular nail polish. For this they charged me a removal fee + regular nail polish fee! After I already spent money getting a dip powder just 3 days ago!!! The technician did a sloppy job, was so rough that she dragged the drill over to my cuticle and ended up cutting it to bleed. Nail polish was all over my fingers and bumpy. Another girl tried to fix it and the owner now realized how bad the situation was, said they will refund me but already too late as they lost my trust and loyalty due to their terrible service, attitude and lack of accountability. They did not know how to keep a regular client satisfied and respected. I used to love this place and frequently saw Amanda, who used to be more detail oriented initially but the quality has deteriorated substantially. Past few times I noticed her and other technicians constantly talking amongst themselves, in a complaining tone when asked to help find a matching color! Didn’t think that’s unreasonable to ask in a nail salon. They often make you wait for 30-45 mins even if you if you make appointments and then don’t have the patience to find you a color you like!?! I walked in specifying I wanted silver chrome, my original nail stylist, another salon, cancelled last minute. We got three nails in and I loved it and was so excited that they managed to save the day until they informed me they ran out of silver chrome. My nails are black, my toes are silver,, I have limited time as I’m at the end of my appt and the only solution is pick a different color that didn’t match out four possible options and I hated all of them. Visibly upset and fighting back tears expressed to my nail tech & the receptionist I hated them with not even an apology. Treated it like it was my problem why they ran out product mind you chrome is an extra $20 that they still charged me for. With no remedy for the situation but still made sure to emphasis I tip on the full price , I used class pass to pay for a portion of the service. I merely stopped by to ask about a promo card I had for $20 off that had NO expiration date and I wanted to see if it may possibly be valid as I haven’t treated myself post pandemic. Upon entering, no greeting and just pointed me to pick a color. I said I just wanted to ask a question about the card and he remarked rudely I was three years ago too late. Then I asked if I could still use my VIP card and points that was from a few years ago to be sure I could still use that based on his previous snarky response.
