My dog was locked in the apartment with the only spare key in the apartment with her. After two hours of panic and failing to pic the lock myself I calle Village Lock and Key. On a Friday night after 5pm I had low hopes but the phone was answered fast, they took away all my worry and said they would be at the door in 20 minutes. 20 Minutes later Ethan the lock smith showed up an quickly drilled through the high security lock. The dog was safe in a matter of moments and Ethan then replaced the lock. What i thought would cost me 800 dollars on a friday night to break in and replace a high security lock only cost 300.
