Very very irresponsible staff. My son and I got a Covid test done on a Tuesday and I was told the results would come back in 2 days . When I called on Thursday I was told I won’t receive my results until Monday because it was a long holiday weekend . I had to basically argue and explain it should of been 48hrs like previously told and how would they have people with positive test walking around the whole long weekend with positive Covid without a oncall doctor making calls to give positive results to patients ? After arguing significantly with the front desk woman OUR results MAGICALLY APPEARED AND WE BOTH HAD COVID ! Fast forward to 1 week later I called to get a clearance letter to return to work I was told one would be emailed to me . The next day I still didn’t receive anything I called again and I was told I had to return to repeat my PCR test ! This clinic is medically unknowledgeable and I feel so bad for the patients that don’t know any better and continue to have this place charge the insurance for unnecessary testing . The medical director here should honestly be fired for not practicing correctly! Once you have a positive PCR test you can come out positive for up to 90 days after a Covid exposure! If a patient is asymptomatic and vaccinated a second PCR test should not be administered and you should be able to return to work with a clearance letter. Of course I had to go to city MD a place that actually knows what they are doing and they where shocked to find out all I needed was a clearance to return to work . The doctor literally asked me if I’m having symptoms I said no and he willingly happily gave me a clearance letter after seeing my PCR test was over a week old and I was asymptomatic. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE FOR ANY MEDICAL NEEDS !...

For one just look at all the fake reviews on here, let me tell you how this "Treatment" center operates. I was a patient at 716 for a year. I complied 100% with the program rules and expectations but it is a total Medicaid fraud scheme. Until I called oasis there wasn't even a licenced clinician on the unit. They will bill your Medicaid to exhaustion for services you don't need or receive half the time. You are elegable for housing assistance after 90 days of clean toxicology however they did not submit my voucher until the 11th month of my stay. I am disabled, I suffer from seizures and have mobility issues. They discharged me to belvue men's shelter. I have more dirt on this place then I can express here. One of the staff members lost his certification and got hired there. The clinical supervisor Raheem is under DOJ investigation. This is a fact I was interviewed by the DOJ representative.
