Vuori — Local services in New York

EXCELLENT SERVICE ! On Sunday my wife and I took the subway Downtown to do some shopping. We are both big Vuori fans so that's where we were headed. A charming manager named Laray helped us soon after we entered the store. My wife asked about a Clementine Skirt which she had bought in California but they did not stock it....a similar one was called the Daily Skirt but they did not have the XS size in stock for my wife. I was looking for a black t-shirt and a white one to complement my 2 Strato Tech t-shirts in navy and charcoal. They didn't have them in exactly the same textured fabric but in a new cotton blend slightly heavier fabric. I tried both colors on in an L and loved them both. We really appreciated the helpful service from Laray who was one of the managers. GOTTA...

I was visiting New York this past week. Was so excited to see a Vuori store and quickly went in and bought 2 pairs of women's joggers. The store is beautifully set up, but the help is full of young people who would not even pay attention to us. I asked a few gals questions and they could not give me an answer, we had to navigate the store to find what we were looking for. To top all of this, the cashier, a young man with short white hair was extremely rude, I don't think he even said thank you. I think the manager needs to have a pep talk with these workers and they need to brush up on their customer service skills. I recently stopped into the Soho Vuori on lazy Sunday evening when I had time to try on a lot of clothing, and ended up buying my entire summer wardrobe with the help of Macky. It was one of those shopping experiences that was totally casual gregarious spontaneous and productive; honestly by the time I was leaving, I felt like I was friends with the entire staff. Macky is a doll. He wins the Tony for most charming and helpful Soho sales person (and it’s stiff competition!) I just stopped in to make a size exchange and ended up getting another bag of essentials. It’s great to find a product you love and to have such attention and care luxuriated on you.
