Walgreens — Local services in New York

At around 5:15 pm today 8/24 we came across the rudest cashiers ever. We were waiting over 15 minutes and the two cashiers were helping a customer return an item. We calmly asked if one of them can help us checkout because we were purchasing Tylenol and food for our family and we had to get back to our funeral. The cashier said "you guys are being rude, so I'm going to take my sweet time helping this customer." we stormed out but that was the rudest experience we ever had and my wife was crying over how they treated her. No regard for caring about our situation. Please fire those workers because they are rude.

These idiots don't have a clue. I left a package for FedEx and I called them today 4 times. 3 times they said my package wasn't there and FedEx didn't come. Finally before I leave work I called again and it was there and then when I get there done other idiot chick who I guess thought she was cute with her lace front which wasn't popping going to ask my name 5 times to ultimately see the package that I was pointing to the first time because I recognized it then she has an attitude because she can't read, hear it both. I received my Shingles vaccine today, 06/29/2022 around 5.10 pm at Flatbush/ Utica junction location. I found the service at the pharmacy extremely customer friendly, helpful and caring. The pharmacy technician explained the procedure and checked the status of my insurance very willingly. The only pharmacist available was kind, respectful and very professional in spite of being extremely busy at that time.
