Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in New York

This Popeyes is joined with burger king. My daughter and I had an awful experience. We were informed that there was no spicy chicken in tenders or bone in piecesand that we'd have to wait 15 minutes. We agreed to wait and continued to place our order via kiosk. While using the kiosk we were approached by the same cashier and informed that the spicy will take 15 minutes. Again we agree to wait, she left, came back immediately, saying that it'll be 25-30 minutes. I said ok never mind. So we modified our order with the cashier via kiosk. I ordered popcorn shrimp by itself with bottled water. My daughter wanted tenders and fries meal with lemonade slush. There was no water, no slush. The cashier suggested we're get pink lemonade from the other side of the restaurant which was burger king. We agreed and redid our order without drinks. As we waited over half an hr, we obtained our slushies but they were not slush, they were cups of foam. I returned and explained. The cashier at burger king was nice and said she'd remake it when the ice took hold. She did. Same issue. We requested for Sprite instead, but no Sprite. She offered to get the sprite machine refilled and did. So back over at Popeyes, we sat n waited. Finally we got our orders. We asked to stay in but it was bagged, we didn't complain. Open the food, it was cold. The popcorn shrimp was tiny crumbled pieces of breading, fries cold and tough. Tenders stale, biscuits stale. We wanted spicy chicken and waited longer than what they said it'd would've taken to make it. It was disappointing and annoying especially after the long day my daughter and I had. As we looked at and tasted how awful the food was, we heard customers coming in asking for spicy and being told it just sold out. That didn't make any sense. Cuz the place was super empty. My daughter apologized that she couldn't eat. I told her don't u dare. It's fine. We trashed the food. Asked for the restroom. It was filthy. Toilet paper and water everywhere, used cups and trash. We couldn't lower our pants without cleaning it up. Our stomachs were hurting from tasting the foam filled drinks that were supposed to be slush and the cold stale food. We therefore had no choice but to clean up the area around the toilet. This entire experience took up 2 hours of our night. And about $30. We went home with awful stomach aches. I don't think I ever want to even smell...

The store is very dirty & they share it with burger king & the day I came into the store was 2:45 3:00 there was alot of kids screaming horsing around & the manager did nothing to stop it or tell his customers he only had 1 register he was serving the kids who were buying 3: 00 or tops 5:00 boxes finally it's my turn I place a chicken strips meal with fries biscuit & I asked for an apple pie to purchase they had a hard time when I asked so I placed my other orders finally I went back to order the apple pie the cashier look confused & spoke to the manager & the manager approached me & said he doesn't sell them when there on his menu so after 5 minutes I got it cooked but this site is poorly run & burger king needs to be closed by the...

Customer service is so disgusting here. I got my meal and the paper in the receipt printer had ran out which is cool it happens so no bother but my cashier had called a co worker for assistance and when he came she said “there’s no paper in there and her receipt halfway printed” and her co worker proceeded to say “well maybe cus it’s no paper in ther ni**a”. Then when I got my card and receipt I was looking at them to hand me my things and he looked at me and said “what”. Lastly a Caucasian woman had forgot something and the male cashier told a customer to “call that white lady back in here” and when she came he told the customer “Good Looks”. My food was great...
