Customer service doesn't count. Business relationships don't matter. Making the customer happy isn't a consideration. They only care about their bottom line and getting their $ from you, at all costs. Go elsewhere. It's not worth working with these ppl. They only care about their pockets... period. Regret ever walking in to this store. Plus, they will discuss your personal pocketbook, your financial status with outsiders. I purchased lights here recently. They called my family members and discussed how much I spent, what my bill was, and even though it was paid up in FULL before I got the merchandise, they told people outside of myself and my husband that they thought we couldn't afford the lights & we were not paying for them. AND IT WAS PAID UP IN FULL! This was my biggest mistake ever. Save yourself the hassle. Find a different store. Where they care both about high quality lights & about making the customer happy. When I spoke with the election there, he actually had the nerve to say, "I'm not calling you a liar, but I packed the stuff myself ". Seriously??! They don't make the products, they buy them sealed and resell them. Have an issue and need to return something, they are the worst. They have no concept of what DAYLIGHT lighting is. NEVER AGAIN will we go there and we spent thousands of dollars!! They opened a half hour late this Sunday. I was supposed to see our salesman, (a little after 10:30 A.M.) They opened after 11A.M. and was told the salesman I had an appointment with wouldn't be in until the afternoon. Once they make a sale they don't know you anymore. Terrible...
Read moreThey have beautiful lights, but there was a short Mexican sales clerk who knew his work vey well but laughed at us ever time our eyes fell upon a very expensive piece, when he told us the price he said it like it was out of our league to purchase and he got extremely upset every time we asked a price on a piece that they had No price tag on. He told us to tell him how many we needed and then he'll see how much they had before telling us the price. we then got offended and told him we are leaving because it looks like he's getting a headache.
