We own a completely customized wall bed with two side cabinets (both of which have a hanging wardrobe), custom LED lights in the nightstand area, reading lights, and LEDs above the bed. Additionally, the bed comes with a sturdy desk. This bed has transformed our third bedroom into a functional office/bedroom. The look and feel of it is elegant and classy. We consulted with Zara from start to finish, who was completely candid with us in every respect and also responded to every single email we had with many questions. Their website lists many options and it was hard to choose. She listened to us carefully and confidently guided us toward something we loved. In addition to her, Alex at sales who is based in Florida and Anastasia were excellent with responding to our questions in a timely manner as well, because we wanted something highly customized.

The delivery/installation process was a little stressful as we live in a city building with specific rules and the bed took a while to install. But Zara and her team arranged for the installation team to come over a second day and complete the installation smoothly. The team headed by Jan/Yan knew what they were doing! They managed to expertly install the bed and demonstrate its capabilities before leaving.
