Went to the watch the Bills game on Sept. 11th and didn't have a great experience. Decided to post here because my experience was never acknowledged in the survey.

I reserved a table for me and my father within no more than 20mins of reservations being taken. We arrived 15 minutes early and were seated against the wall directly underneath the huge projector screen. The only way we could see the game is if we kept our heads turned up to the right corner behind us, which obviously hurt our necks... or if we stared at one of the tiny flatscreens around the bar. There were literally a handful of people seated, so I asked if we could move and was told that the seats are "assigned" and can't be changed. However, the booth behind us remained empty well into the 4th quarter and the table to our right (with a much better view of the projector screen) remained empty until nearly the end of the 2nd quarter. The reservation form they ask you to fill out says that tables are held for 15 minutes. I was a hostess for many years, so t's not lost on me that we were a party of 2, and those were 4 tops, but if they're empty for a reserved event.... you should probably accommodate the guests you already have. Especially when the booth tables are just 2 two-tops pushed together 🧐

Additionally, the ONE vegan entree they had on the menu wasn't even available. Salad and beer don't really go so well together. And, just because you're vegan doesn't mean you want to eat lettuce all day. No one is asking you to turn into a vegan restaurant. ONE vegan entree would suffice.

As a Buffalo native, it's always fun to have a Labatt Blue and watch the Bills game with other fans. But, for what we paid in the end, we would've been better off and more comfortable simply watching the...

Colorism is real. I called and asked if there would be any available tables and what their hours were. The hostess assured me that there were many tables available and no wait time. Once we arrived, the hostess said that they were full and with no seats available. Mind you, it was 6 mins before that we called. On the phone I have a pure American accent but once my group and I arrived, the hostess told us that there were no seats available and they are jam packed. I complained while assuring the hostess that I had called not too long before, she said, "oh that was you? Let me see if there are seats available." We were about to wait until we realized we would not have enjoyed ourselves. We felt very unwanted in a predominantly white restaurant. I fully understand the restaurant industry. I used to work at one and my brother is now a manger at a restaurant so when I tip, I tip accordingly for I know what it's like to depend on tips. I understand the prejudice within the restaurant community, but what we experienced was first hand colorism. We all felt very unwanted and discriminated against simply because of the color of our skin. Ridiculous and unacceptable, especially in our political climate. If could, I would...

I liked the decor of the location. We sat at the bar and the bartender and the waitstaff are all very friendly. My issue was with the drink I ordered and the food. I ordered a MaiTai but it was absolutely nothing even remotely close to being that drink or even a version of it. It was bitter. I had the guy put pineapple juice in it and it didn't fix it. It had lime and I have no idea what else. But more importantly my boyfriend ordered a 55oz steak that cost $111. It had a huge bone which I'm sure took away from the actual weight of the meat but there's no way that amount of steak was on that plate. First off the meat was cut off the bone and sliced. We found it in poor taste that we were not able to see the entire steak. He's ordered 36oz steaks that were hard for him to finish eating. It was extremely easy for him to finish that steak. I'm sorry but if you expect someone to pay that much you should not hide what you give them. Also, if you sell steak do not make a sweet steak sauce that's not even good and then have no other options available....not even A1 sauce. Our bill totalled out to $280 with drinks and I have to say I felt cheated. I would not be returning. It was empty for a Friday night and...

Excellent Food! Upscale Bar! Perfectly fitting to be the USC Trojan Alumni hangout on College Football 🏈 game days! ✌🏽Get the Pork chop! The best that I have ever had! Wait staff wonder & kind.

Gorgeous, yet pricey midtown Manhattan bar and restaurant. Can't lie though, food was delicious & drinks were on point. Our crew of 9 ordered: A tower of oysters (everyone said they were great) The burger (good) The lobster roll (great but not as filling as it should be) The short rib pappardelle (amazing. Mutiple people had bites of my pasta and I still left full and smiling) The sliders (solid) The lamb chops (devoured in seconds. Could've used an extra chop tho) Our original bartender was great. Shout out to Cara. When she left, this nervous looking guy (didn't get his name) took over serving us for the most part (altho all bartenders will get you drinks). He was cool tho and seemed less anxious once we started talking about the Yankees. Shout out to him for not making a fuss about taking the creme brulee off the bill (my Yelp check in got me a free dessert). I don't go to many midtown spots near MSG with prices like this, but I gotta give props when the food is good and the drinks are tight. I might be back for a Knicks pregame session
