This is a Burger King/Popeye's combined in one restaurant and all I have to say is go to the Burger King side instead! This was absolutely the WORST experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant in my life. If I could give zero stars I would. I just waited 25 minutes for the 3 piece blackened chicken meal with coleslaw instead of fries ($12.99 + $1.15 tax = $14.14 Total RIPOFF). After 25 minutes, I finally flagged someone down to ask about my order and they had to ask in the back, and it was like they didn't about my meal. If you dare to go at a rush time, you'll see that they cater to the take out orders from door dash and others, who just make their way up to the front, while the people who ordered at the register wait on the side. There is no system. My other party went to the Burger King, ordered, got their meal and ate it, before I got my meal from Popeye's. I have never had to contact customer service about how slow my meal took at a "fast food" restaurant before in my life until today. I was actually on the chat on the app while I was eating. This place is tiny, hardly has seating (more seating on Burger King side) and to top it off, no free refills on your drink, BUT if you go to Burger King, they have a free refill machine. The one thing it has going for them, is the Popeye's seating area is smaller but brighter, burger king side has black walls...why? the Old store was so much more brighter, yes it was old and outdated, but better than black walls. Besides waiting 25 minutes (ordered at 6:52pm and got a meal at 7:17pm) the food was mediocre at best. The blackened chicken was spicier than I thought it would be and I got tiny pieces of chicken, definitely not like the picture on the web page or app. If you get it go with the 5 pieces instead. Will I go to Popeye's again, yes.....BUT I will never go to this one in Bayside again and I live 5...

If he can not prepare order that was place through the app, he can simply tell customer wait instead showing anger. Second time bad service experience at the drive through on this location. Tender looks like left over most cut in small pieces compared to past order from other location. Store manager needs to educate service staffs and herself better. Customer is not your anger toilet!!! After I received order from Camelo I checked the bag inside and Packing was horrible like a trash bag.. Chicken box was wide open and coleslaw container was open.. mess in the bag. No receipt was provided with the bag. No standard in Popeyes? I contacted store manager who told me her name is Pacriai kept saying she never had any complaints before, and she did not know what supposed to come with order. As you all see on google review how people feel about their service and quality of food. Utensil he provided has sauce sticks on it. Seems like they recycle utensils instead trash it if other customer did not use it. She provided the name of the male person Camelo. This time I was ordering take out so it was not an issue. As I approached the counter, neither cashiers and another third employee replied any greeting when I said " Hello " but just waited for me to place my order. I ordered two orders of the 10 pieces spicy chicken family meal to go within the restaurant because there were 2 cars at the drive thru that was not moving. Oddly, after I placed my order, the cashier went around the back of the preparation area to pack my order. About 10 minutes later, she brought my orders out onto the counter. I said thank you and droved home. I should have open and check my order. When I got home, my kids said there were no drumsticks. I realized that she packed FIVE TINY WINGS , two medium size breast pieces and three small thigh pieces ( NO DRUMSTICK ). The chicken looks very dried and overcooked. Also, the side order of LARGE fries was only HALF filled. I guess this is why she went to the back of the counter to pack my order.
