Wow!!! What a very very strange experience... I happened to be in the neighborhood while waiting for a tow & this BK was right down the block. Since I'd be waiting a while & it was dinnertime, I decided to stop in for a bite. I ordered one chili cheese dog & a small drink. I ordered mine separately from my boyfriend who was still deciding. Basically right after I ordered, he ordered the chili cheese dog as well but he ordered the combo. Simple enough, right? At that point there were really no other customers in the joint. Within maybe 2 minutes tops, my hot dog arrived & by then there were a few other customers that began ordering. I figured my b/f's dog should be arriving at any second but we stood there watching them prepare bag after bag behind the counter... no hot dog in site! Another customer who ordered after us got her burger. I tried getting the attention of one of the ladies who was preparing the bags but she totally ignored me. Finally, another lady came to the register & I told her my b/f ordered a hot dog right after I did a while ago & still no hot dog. She asked someone in the back & then told us they were still making it. In the meantime we watched them preparing burger after burger after burger. How long could it take to cook a "cooked" hot dog for God's sake??!!! I mean it's not like they had to actually make the hot dog by hand! Jeez... So we just stood there waiting & waiting & so I asked again... She told me it would be ready shortly... (heard that before)!!... Well, it finally made it about 10 minutes after the order was placed (we double checked the time on the receipt)! Not sure if the lady was a manager but she was nice enough to throw in some free cookies for dessert, I guess, to try to make up for the ridiculousness of the wait (for a lousy hot dog)...
As I mentioned, the whole experience was definitely REAL strange in this place... Just a very odd vibe going on. One of the guys working there was walking around whistling & singing. Then at some point, I caught site of one of the people behind the counter who was bagging the food, breaking into dance. Then there was a customer who obviously had some issues... I spotted him before I sat down so I decided to move to a corner window away from him. He was no bother or anything. After he finished eating he left the establishment & was standing outside with his drink in hand, smoking, staring off across the street, smiling oddly at nothing, pacing back & forth, walking up & down right in front of the BK. He just kept pacing & walking & smiling, looking in the window & then ended up coming in thru the back door to refill his drink. He was very restless along with the employees it seemed. On the brite side, I guess all the entertainment helped to pass some time while I waited for my tow. Yeah... very strange...
Read moreI was at this location on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025. My senior friends and I went in for breakfast. While two of us were ordering food, My other friend went to get a booth. When he got up for a moment to wave at us, an employee by the name of Emilee sat down at our large, six person booth, alone, and started texting. My friend and I informed her that we were at this booth. We were just getting the food. Instead of getting up from the booth and apologizing and helping us to be seated, Emilee retaliated and would not move from the seat. She stated she was on break and that when we got up, it was her booth.
She continued to stay at the booth, even though there were many other tables and single seats available for her break. This booth was not designated for employee breaks. After I lectured her that the booth was for customers, and we started to argue even more, an assistant manager came over and apologized.
I was flabbergasted that an employee of a business should be so argumentative with a customer. If I were the owner of this franchise and had witnessed this employee with this terrible attitude, I would have fired her on the spot as I would never have an employee treat customers in such a disrespectful manner, especially to senior citizens. Not a pleasant experience at all. I hope Burger King takes some action and/or provides additional employee training on how customers should be...
Read moreOrder from Uber eats, two whoppers with cheese and two onion rings. The order came with French fries instead of onion rings, ordered no onions on whoppers had onions one had no cheese. Thrown together sloppy. I am all for workers getting paid more money. I am a person who thinks all stores like Walmart and Amazon should unionize. I just don’t understand why or who came up with the idea fast food worker should be paid more. They are the most careless workers out of any workers. I get anxiety knowing someone is ordering fast food because I know it’s going to be wrong. Especially Wendy’s they are notorious for getting every single order I ever got there since I owned a video store and use to get out late with my ex and go there all the time always wrong. White Castle is the only one who gets it right!! Love White Castle and everything is always hot!! Back to the paying fast food workers higher wages than anyone else no they should be replaced by robots so I can stop having anxiety attacks and wasting my time writing reviews on Google!! Point don’t go to this Burger...
