My nails are the blue chunk bulky ones on in the photos…. (Sigh) I had so much hope for this place since it’s near my home and seems clean and the ladies working here are really sweet but unfortunately I give two stars one for each day I made a visit. My first time visiting my nails were filed so much so that they had to add gel to correct their mistakes. So second time I visited taking another risk I asked for a unique design and Wendy nail tech was adamant that she knew what to do smh I was feeling a bit uneasy and once she added tips filed and added gel I started to notice that she may not know how to create the design I asked… I even gave her a chance to redeem herself after she colored the first two nails if they would like to stop and create another design they were more comfortable in but once again was told they know what to do… I didn’t want to cause a fuss especially after being with my baby. But please anyone reading this DO NOT GO HERE especially if it’s a special occasion or bday etc!!!!! Save your money and the...
Read moregood things: my nails look very cute. my technician was super sweet and very very detailed. the place is spotless, they gave me coffee, massage, took off my old polish. 10/10 not so amazing: took 2 hours for a gel BUT it did have a design. still, next time i'll think about the time more. maybe this was me but my design was not being understood so we had to go back and fourth a couple times one of my nails is streaky cause the other nail technician noticed we were taking a very long time and slapped some polish on- not great. when I paid i went to get cash because its 15% discount and I thought- "ok I'll round up and the price without the discount is what I'll give my nail tech as a tip" but then the price they had given me was without tax or something and the real price was something else- I don't know I left that to them, but I hope my girl gets her tip. I will be coming back :) very...
Read moreI’ve been a loyal customer who always tips well and genuinely enjoys the services here, but today’s experience left me shaken and very uncomfortable. While I was getting my nails done, a homeless man walked into the salon asking me for money. He was able to freely enter and approach me while I was in the middle of my appointment, and none of the staff stepped in to handle the situation. I came here expecting a moment of peace and relaxation, but instead I felt exposed and unsafe. As a paying customer, I should never have to feel vulnerable in a place that’s supposed to be relaxing and secure. I’ve always supported this salon because I appreciated their work, but sadly, this incident made me feel too unsafe to return as a regular client. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures the safety and comfort of their customers...
