Ying Ming Laundromat — Local services in New York

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Their Quarter machines at time take your money and don’t reflect on the machine. Any time you tell the owner or his wife who speak VERY LITTLE ENGLISH, they start yelling in Chinese and will SLAM DOWN some of the quarters (not all, I.e. I lost 3 in the machine and the man slammed down 2) that you lost IN THEIR MACHINES! They also prioritize customers that do “drop off” by blocking off 4 dryers in the front and put “out of order” signs on machines, then you see the staff using them. This is already a very small place with limited machines. The owners have disgusting attitudes and should learn more English to UNDERSTAND what you are telling them occurred with their machines. Instead of yelling in Chinese with each other and SLAMMING QUARTERS DOWN at customers! I will be calling the Dept. Of Consumer Services about this, as it has occurred numerous times. Never going there again, I am willing to go farther away than to deal with this...

I have had my laundry cleaned.from this place for approximately 2 months. I used to clean them myself, but opted for their services.

I paid $28 for.a load of laundry and it came back smelling like cigarettes and didn't even have a drop of soap scent on the clothes. I called to let them know I wasn't satisfied, and what happened and asked them to clean the load again.aimly because of the stench of cigarettes. She refused.to accept any responsibility and would not clean them again since she said it's the customers who smoke outside the stores fault. Really? So I am responsible for to keep their customers away from my clothes? Rude!!!

Definitely spend your money elsewhere. They're not the only laundromat in the area and I'm sure they're not...

1. The dryers are horrible and damaged some of my clothes. More than that some items were literally overdried on the one half and soaking wet on the other. Never gonna use those dryers again.
2. The owners don't speak English. At all.
3. The washing machines are ok. Even the cheapest one (2.25$ which is the cheapest in the whole neighborhood) is big enough and the cycle is 25 minutes so it's also fast
4. There are 2-3 chairs so sometimes you won't be able to sit there but I live nearby so I can go home. Also there is Marshalls 3...
