Let me start by saying if you got an appointment with Rimma at Jag One, consider yourself very lucky!!! Yes, there is a very long waiting list that might take months for your turn to come BUT it is well worth the wait! When I first contacted Jag One Physical Therapy my baby was 9 month old. It took a few months to hear back from them due to such an overwhelming list of people that are striving to see Rimma, the childrenâs physical therapist. However once our turn came and I came for our first appointment, I quickly understood why.
The office: the front desk girls are very nice and patient. They are extremely accommodating. There is a separate room where pediatric patients are seen. The room is clean, sanitized, has air purifier, heater, and central A/C. There are lots of toys and lots of equipment.
Appointment: when it comes to your appointment, you have 30 minutes! EXACTLY 30 MINUTES from your appointment time NOT from the time you arrived! So donât be late because you are taking time away from other babies and itâs not fair! To be honest, I think that is a great way to operate especially when you arrive with a baby! There is never a wait and you can plan your babies schedule accordingly. And YES 30 MIN is enough, you might feel like itâs not enough time BUT that is all your child can handle and Rimma, the physical therapist, makes use of the entire time you are with her!
The physical therapist : I had to leave the best for last! Rimma, the physical therapist, is simply amazing!!!! She is extremely knowledgeable and a very educated individual. Although I am a nurse myself, I still leave every appointment with some new information that I never knew before. Her knowledge extends from Western to Holistic care and she is always eager to share all types of research if that is something you are interested in. I find that to be so important, because that is exactly how every doctor should be. Besides being a well rounded doctor, she is also the sweetest person youâll meet! My baby absolutely loves her and gets excited every time she sees her. She treats my child as if she is her own by praising her, being gentle with her and by truly caring. Rimma goes above and beyond by always making herself available to answer any questions, address any new concerns and by following up. She sends us home with print outs of the exercises that we can do at home and lots of amazing advice. As well as during the appointment, she is fully engaged in helping your child succeed and get better with each activity. You can see how much love and care Rimma gives to every baby that walks through her door. Weâve been going to Rimma for a couple of months and I do see a tremendous improvement in my babyâs physical health on daily basis! Itâs rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend becoming her patient and once you do, spread the word because every child deserves such an amazing...

Read moreThere's a reason this pace has 5 stars. Galina and all the administrative staff make this operation run like clockwork. And they are so personable and sweet to all their clients. The minute you walk in, it is SUCH a friendly atmosphere. That's a rarity so when I see that in an establishment, I take note. The staff is extremely professional and knowledgeable and super friendly as well. So I always feel very relaxed and ready to start work when I get there. They are AMAZING with kids. If you have a baby/kiddo who needs PT and extra TLC, this is such a warm cozy atmosphere with extremely experienced and top-tier therapists. My pediatric therapists both have a waiting list because their reputations precede them. Rimma and Tatyana are pediatric PT ROCK STARS with top credentials. I have experience with soooo many physical therapists for kids and these therapists are a cut above. They both reassure the child while working their therapy magic. And they've both guided me as a parent how to apply some of their techniques at home as well as finding more therapy ideas for my child. The pediatric therapy room is also really pretty. It looks like a colorful classroom with all the latest therapy toys and tools to optimize the session. Zoya is awesome! Her clients can't stop raving about her and she's the reason I found this gem of a therapy center in the first place! So...
