There are not enough stars to express my true rating. Tahji is an incredibly gifted teacher. I have been attending her classes 2x-3x/week for four and a half years. Whenever I have been faced with physical challenges and wondered if I should take the class, if I would have the strength to do so I noticed not only was I able to take the class going at a gentle pace, but I always felt better after. I find her dance background adds to her skills as a teacher. Really love her yoga classes and deep relaxation class. Would recommend her...

Kudos to Tahji for being the living embodiment of yoga, healing, love &...
