I actually just moved to the LES and was trying to find a new nail place. I can no longer get long sets done anymore since I’ve had a change in employment, so I was looking for a cool, clean place for gel manicures with nail art options. I am ocd about symmetry and cleanliness so I need a place that can live up to my expectations. I got a Groupon for Zeno nail bar to try out a place in case I ended up hating it and I’m glad I chose to get the coupon for Zeno nail bar (they had all 5 star reviews so I chose it!). Rachel was assigned to me and she offered me tea, coffee, and water right off the bat. They fixed my horrible nails, which hadn’t been serviced professionally in months. I was used to coming up with nail art ideas with my previous artist and Rachel was great with giving me exactly what I asked for. She even fixed the heart when I said it was “eveeeeer so slightly uneven with the one on my other finger”!! It’s great to find a place that can keep up with my ocd and understand me. Rachel was so sweet and we had great conversation. She even gave me a little back rub while my nails were drying which was much needed. Give her a big tip if you go to see her! I bought the Groupon voucher for dippowder gel, called to make my appointment and upone making my appointment I told them that I have a Groupon. Appointment was made...two week later after I rushed out of work to make my 5:30 appointment I get there, place was clean and neat. They confirm my appointment and have me sit and pick out a color. Once the color was picked I asked the lady at the desk should I pull up the voucher now or at the end. Isabella serviced my mom and she was really sweet ! Both Isabella and the women who serviced me really took their time with our spa-Pedi and manicure.

I have gone to many nail salons in lower East side by Delancey. Many of the cheaper salons in the area have a bad habit of their staff gossiping in their language and being unprofessional…. Also, cleanliness is very important during this pandemic and this nail salon clearly cleans and sanitizes very well 😃.

I also love that this salon is very clear with their prices online. There are no surprises. I am not so sure how they do with nail art as I kept it simple and usually go to AKIKO nails for complicated designs.
