Lemme say this, so I found your shop on goggle actually and I saw that you sold vintage clothing but also giving that y2k style which I LOVE but anyways this was like a couple months ago and I knew I was going to a trip to new york and I was like I HAVE TO GO THERE!!! So me and my mom hailed a taxi and drove the way to rogue which when I first stepped out of the taxi, I literally broke out into tears, bc of how much I've been wanting to come here. Anyways though we did have a time limit I checked out everything while I was crying tears of joy and man did they have a bunch of clothing, though I may not be skinny but I am curvy I was just so excited that my mom actually grabbed their official merchandise, which was their jacket and along with the rogue shirt. And the lady on the front desk was sooo nice, she was so nice that she even called Emma rogue herself!!! And man did I fall more into tears of joy. By the way the front desk lady had AMAZING JORTS AND STYLE! I was crying sm bc of how I got to say hi, even though I'm from California it was just amazing experience saying hi and talking to Emma rogue, she even volunteered to drop by but with our time limit that we had at new york was very short :(. I still cherished that moment forever. Even while in tears I took a pose, smiling with tears of joy but also of confidence and honor of being there. Though I might say that some of the clothing is expensive, but it was TOTALLY ALL WORTH IT.!!! TYYYY EMMA AND FOR THAT AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!! I HOPE TO SEE YOU NEXT TIME IN NYC AND MEET YOU AND TAKJ AND HAVE A...
Read moreMy friend and I went there today and we bought TWO tops, so the first issue is that their posters are really misleading, on insta they posted their 2000s restock and right underneath it said 5-20 dollar bin sale, which I assumed was referring to their dead stock clothes, however that was not the case. The second issue, at the bins we found several tops that we liked, they had no tags and one sweater had a security tag attached to it, so when we went to check out, one of the girls that worked there told us the clothes we picked out were part of their “new” dead stock collection, which 1) it didn’t have the tags that the dead stock collections did, and 2) both of the items we bought were dirty, and one literally had the security tag on. The third major issue was that they didn’t take off the security tag the sweater had and told me to just look it up. Me, personally, I couldn’t figure out how to get the security tag off smoothly without damaging the expensive item itself, and I just find it extremely unprofessional if a retail store doesn’t carry the machines to...
Read moreWhat I love most about Rogue is that all of the items are intentionally curated. There are no filler pieces to add clutter to the inventory, so it's just one great find after another. '90s kids will feel right at home amongst all of the y2k nostalgia! The girls at the desk were so much fun to chat with and really made me feel like a star modeling everything I had picked out! (For reference, I am 5'3", 32A, 27-inch waist, and size 36.5 shoes, and I felt like there was a great selection of pieces catering to my shape and size!) In the end, I left with a hanky hem mini skirt ($75, a steep price for an item whose brand tag had been removed, in my opinion) and a pair of Bianca Buccheri heels ($55, an absolute steal!) as well as an impulse buy heart-shaped carabiner clip from the register display (which broke the...
