Read moreI trusted this store to print some immigration documents. I paid about $30 for 60 pgs of printing. The manager, Jose, initially helped me complete the job. However afterward, I discovered the pages were cut off at the bottom and would not be acceptable for use. Within one hour I brought this back to the UPS store and the same manager, Jose. I asked for a correction or refund. I gave my receipt and the printed documents to Jose. Jose made the strange argument that he could not verify the documents were printed at the UPS store even though I was there one hour ago, he help me directly, and I had the receipt. I said it’s just paper there’s not anyway to verify paper. He insisted he couldn’t have made the mistake and would not refund or fix the problem. When I pressed him to be fair, he got angry quickly and started yelling at me, telling me to leave. Read moreI’m surprised at the attitude of the workers there. They either ignored the customers it didn’t seem to care, or wouldn’t finish the transaction and started helping other customers.
I simply needed to have a label print and my box taped, but they wouldn’t tape it and they would make me wait while they helped other people. So I asked how long it would be and they seemed very, unsure of how to handle it. Then I asked if there was another store because I need to get my box tape to finish my transaction and leave. I couldn’t wait all day while they helped everyone else.
So t I mentioned I had paid two dollars for them to tape it and wanted to wait and finish my transaction before leaving. So they said they would refund me.
then it became empty so I said no one here now could you please tape it and they said no you didn’t want to wait so here’s your refund. They refused to do it.
