I recently lived at this residence and what I thought was going to be a good stay, is now having me to reconsider. I have tried to be more than patient with management BUT I'm being ignored. I did EVERYTHING ask of me ,I gave a timely noticed, and left the apartment spotless(yes it was inspected before leaving).I was told my deposit would be returned to me within 30days. Not so, and I'm being IGNORED by management. We have text, emailed, and called. We accepted the fact that none of the amenities were available or completed as mentioned and promised during the sale over the phone( ok so we "looked" the other way BC we are here to work). We were told that there would be parking on the streets( not talking about meter parking we needed residence parking) Not true turns out I had to find garage parking at 250.00 a month(totally not part of my budget, buyer beware and prepared to pay for monthly garage parking/ you have to find yourself)The only thing we were told that was not ready was the new restaurant DELTA's.(coming soon) not true. The front door "security" system broke for 2.5 weeks, The solution for entering/getting in after a long days work or late night was hoping someone was sitting at the front desk or calling and waiting for someone to let you in.(for the monthly rent price this was absurd. The bathroom paint/cover up peeled and had to be re painted, upon moving in paint was splattered on the floor, furniture pillow slashed, doors scratched etc., etc.(yes I have pictures) yet I did not complain(of course brought to management attention)just dealt with it. The list goes on. I left gracefully with out cause or strife. yet I am being treated with total lack of consideration and most of all professionalism. I am in the healthcare field, always looking for travel residence and willing to give recommendations.( Cant say that this would remain on my list). Now after moving out NO ONE is answering me in any manner about returning my deposited as promised. (Stephanie/now former property manager has been laid off) within 30 days. Shame on...

Cons: No parking for residents (pay separately for parking in a lot for about $250 per month). The apartment only provided pots and pans, but no other dishes, cleaning supplies, or toiletries. Residents responsible for hiring a cleaning service to clean the apartment before vacating (I used their cleaning agent, who charged $100). After vacating, tenants should receive a "returned security deposit" within 30 days. According to NJ security deposit law, the landlord has 30 days to return the security deposit to the former tenant. HOWEVER, I never received mine, even after reaching out to management. Management kept stringing me along, making excuses, then stopped all communication. It took 3 months and Small Claims Court to receive my security deposit. Read moreMy experience as a tenant was horrible. The concierge was never available. As a tenant I was never informed about issues that occurred in the building beforehand. When I brought my problems to Kyle or management they were ignored as if I was staying as an AIRBNB guest. I was not treated as a resident paying a monthly rent. I had incidents where people who didn’t live in the building would come behind me to get access into the building. I had extremely scolding hot water for the duration of my stay. I reported the problem and it was never resolved. I had to endure cold water for 24 hours and of course Kyle could not be reached as usual. The only amenities that were available was the gym. The restaurant and bar were closed during my entire stay. However, that is not what I was expecting because the renovation should have been completed. I had to pay for parking and then someone parked in my spot and as usually I didn’t get any assistance with my parking problem.
