This company is trash. I got a card through angeleno connect. When I lost my card while I was moving that's when all hell broke loose. I called to cancel the card and get a new card. They cancelled the old card but made me go through so much headache to send me a new card. They asked me to send them a light bill with my name and my new address to prove that I actually moved šš. I did send the bill but I ducted all the private information except the address and my name and dwp logos and infos. They refused to accept that and wanted me to send an uneducated bill which I refused. I tried to transfer my money from the account to another account numerous times, they cancel the transaction. I called trying to get hold of someone in the US to no avail. I still have $276 in that account and I can't have access to it. They are saying that they can only send me a new card at my old address. Now it's saying that the account is closed. No one to talk to. I even try to contact the city of los Angeles and there seemed to be not aware of this program anymore.
